"Family Matters" is the perfect coastal retreat for a large group of friends and family that are looking for luxury and comfort. This home is located a short 5-to-7-minute stroll directly up the street to the shore! This is one of the few homes in the area that also includes an outdoor playset for the kids and features a private 36x16ft pool! "Family Matters" has everything you need for the perfect vacation at the beach.

"Family Matters" is a 9-bedroom, 5.5 bath, luxury home with nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of total living space. The home sleeps 20 in beds and up to 22 with sofa sleeper. For convenience, this home also offers an elevator with access to all three floors!

On the first floor you will find a high-end gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances; comfortable dining arrangements for all your guests including a large formal dining room table; a breakfast nook table; and a large granite bar stool counter adjacent to the kitchen. On this floor, there is one King bedroom with private bathroom. There is also an additional half bath near the common entertaining area.

Taking the elevator or stairs up to the second floor, you will find a secluded sitting room perfect for a second gathering area or for a quiet moment reading or napping on the queen sleeper sofa. Also on this level are 4 King bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a separate laundry room, and a fun bunk with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds which sleep 4 guests.

The third floor Master King Suite is well-worthy of a home of this caliber. There is a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, elegant crown molding, and a top-end electronics suite. This room opens to a large private balcony. The bathroom is akin to a spa with a large garden tub; separate shower area; spacious dressing area; and a laundry nook with a second washer and dryer set. The third floor also has 2 additional King bedrooms and a bathroom with direct access from both rooms.

The property is situated in the perfect location only 200 yards to beach access on the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive. The home is a few lots off of Scenic Gulf Drive, ensuring that there will never be a problem with traffic or pedestrian noise. The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin's best beach area and is a short distance from Destin's best shopping and dining locations.



**HOA has strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

**This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**



BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!

* BEACH CHAIR SERVICE guests are able to rent through La Dolce Vita for setups located at the restaurant the Crab Trap. Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*

*WEDDINGS/EVENTS – *All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.


*Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $1,500.00 Beach Reunion event fee.*

*Private Elevator- *This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

*Pool Heat:* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

"Villa Destiny" makes having fun look luxurious! Within the gates of Destiny East, this is the perfect vacation home where you can clear your head and enjoy luxury living close distance to the amazing beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico. Villa Destiny can accommodate up to 15 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms evenly spread throughout the 3 levels. The outdoor area has just as much to offer!  Spoil yourself with an afternoon nap by the private pool and spa tub, or cook out with family and friends on the outdoor grill!

The first floor consists of three King Suites. On the second floor is the main living area, which features intricate, luxurious details everywhere you look and exudes a serene, coastal ambience. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with two plush couches. The kitchen is fitted with high-end, stainless-steel appliances and stocked with all of the necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is the elegant formal dining area with seating for six guests. For sleeping arrangements on the second floor there is a King Suite.

On the third floor is the Master King Suite. This suite is beach retreat dream come true! This magnificent suite features an elegant canopy bed; French doors that lead to the furnished third floor balcony; and a vanity desk perfect for getting ready for a night out. The impressive master bathroom features granite counters; dual sink vanity; large soaking tub; and a spacious shower. There is an also an bunk room on this floor with a twin-over-full bunk bed which sleeps 3 guests. The bunk room also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

*Pool Heat- * Pool Heat- From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week.(Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

*Margarita Machines* - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. Welcome to Beach Reunion's newest addition in Crystal Beach! Our guests will thoroughly enjoy the fun and coastal atmosphere at "Skipper's Escape" on Shirah Street in Destin! This charming 6 BR/5.5 BA hosts families or friend getaways both large and small. Take full advantage of the sparkling clean private pool, large cabana and carriage house, fully stocked kitchen and other excellent amenities for your home away from home while on vacation! Oh, and did we mention you're just 3 houses back from the beach access? Convenience and location are a MUST! 

Upon entry into the main house, guests will find a well appointed living room with a 55" plasma screen TV, cozy furniture and you can let the sweeping Florida breezes blow through your front door. The open floor plan leads to a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, dining seating for 8 guests, a breakfast nook table for 2 and 2 additional built in bar seats. On the first floor of the main house, there are sleeping arrangement for 4. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, queen sized, for 2 guests. There is also a King Suite with Private Bath and dedicated porch access on this floor. Extra spacious and convenient for the very best first impressions!

On the second floor of the main house, sleeping arrangements include: Master King Suite with Private Bath (jacuzzi tub and private balcony access with gulf views) and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids, a Queen bedroom with private bath and private porch/balcony access, and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. The bunkroom uses a full bathroom in the hallway. 

Up on the third floor, guests get the ultimate gulf views through the loft with two separate decks/balconies for sipping your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail. 

As you venture across the courtyard area and around the pool, enter the carriage house for additional sleeping arrangements for 10. Crash for the night in either the King bedroom or the bunk room with 2 full/full bunks. Both bedrooms use the full bathroom in the carriage house. What's even better is the kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large wall mounted TV and bar sink.

Beach Towels are available for rent at this home, which means you don't have to pack them! Limit of 4 Packs of 5 Towels MAX per Reservation for $20 per Stay. Guests Must Wash and Leave at Property Upon Departure. Additional Charges Will Be Assessed for Stolen or Lost Towels.
