Arriving at the Treehouse, you'll be welcomed by a beautiful deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, watch sunset colors or relax in the private hot tub after a day of exploring Tahoe. Stepping inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with a kitchen, dining, and full bathroom on the same floor. Broad windows bring the view inside while relaxing on the sofa and from the dining room table. This cozy cabin is set up for your enjoyment and with you in mind.
A beautiful bedroom with a queen bed is just off the living room. Private but with space to spread out, you'll create long-lasting memories amidst the forest, the mountains, the Lake, and the Sky.
Please note, this home is best suited to accommodate a couple or single occupant. 
Please also note that there is only one available parking space for this home.

Bring your beach toys if visiting in the summer - the Treehouse is a short 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk!) to Kings Beach State Recreation Area. Golfers will find the Brockway Golf Course within a few minutes' drive. There are plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, including the Tahoe Rim Trail and access to the old Stateline Fire Lookout with panoramic views over the entire lake. Winter brings on a whole new range of activities, with North Lake Tahoe Skiing and Snowboarding just a short drive away. The Treehouse is within walking distance of the Cal-Neva and Crystal Bay Casinos, along with local shops and restaurants - there is no shortage of activities to fill your days and nights with any level of entertainment, adventure, or relaxation that you might seek.

Welcome to lakefront living! The Sweetbriar Lakefront 3 condo takes full advantage of North Lake Tahoe's natural beauty with large glass doors and oversized windows that feature stunning lake and mountain vistas.

As you enter the Sweetbriar Lakefront 3 condo, your eyes are immediately drawn to the wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the great room that reveal unobstructed lake views and the Sierra Nevada's stretching across the horizon. The use of white in this condo's interior combined with the natural blues from the lake outside create a soothing color palette for this lakefront Tahoe vacation home.

A couch and two easy chairs provide ample seating for unwinding in the evenings, while a fireplace with large white brick mantle sets a cozy tone in winters. The dining room and kitchen flow together easily in this open space, where you can prepare meals while still catching peaceful views of the lake.

Accommodating 6 guests, Sweetbriar Lakefront 3 features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Head upstairs to your condo's second level to enjoy the privacy of your master suite, where the stunning lake views continue. A tray ceiling elevates the space, and unsurpassed beach views from the bed, private deck, and even the jetted tub in the en suite bathroom will make you feel like you are living the luxurious waterfront life. In addition, the Sweetbriar Lakefront 3 condo offers a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom featuring two twin beds, also located upstairs.

Outside the condo, a grassy area complete with a table, chairs, and loungers provides a place for kids to play or to simply sit and enjoy the outdoors. Best of all, the sandy shoreline of North Lake Tahoe is just a few steps away!

Around the Area
This condo complex is located at the bottom of Highway 267. Nestled along North Lake Tahoe's sandy beaches, a host of water activities are at your fingertips during summer. Northstar's skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking trails are just a 10-minute drive away, or catch the convenient shuttle at the stop right across the street. From this location, shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and golf course are all within walking distance.

Located in a private community at the blue water's edge of Lake Tahoe, this home is centrally located within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, golf course across the street, and of course the beach. Northstar shuttle stops right across the street if you come up during a powder day and don't feel like driving. 
Our condo is located on the second floor, at the end of the complex. Enjoy a day in, relaxing on the beach or curled up on the couch with a good read, or head on out for the array of Tahoe's activities and come home to a relaxing dinner on the beach or on the patio.
Our Sweetbriar Garden Suite is fully loaded and equipped with everything you may need, just bring your food and personal belongings and be ready to not want to leave.

Tahoe Blue Haven in Kings Beach is a beautifully decorated cabin for your and your family's enjoyment, the 4 legged companions are also welcome. Step into this Tahoe Cabin where you'll find the open great room, with Kitchen, Dining area, and Living Room. Room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy. There is a slider off the Kitchen that takes you into the back yard where you'll find a deck in the back with lounge chairs and table for eating, playing games, or just hanging. Please note that the backyard isn't always accessible in the winter, for guests that plan to bring a pet. In the back of the home's main level, you'll find the first bedroom, a full bathroom, and laundry. Head upstairs to the second guest bedroom with a balcony overlooking the back yard, another full bathroom, and the bunk room with 2 full bunks and plenty of space for the kids to play. Tahoe Blue Haven is your perfect home base for all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer!

Lake Tahoe is only a 4-minute drive or 15min walk away! Winter brings on a whole new range of activities, with North Lake Tahoe Skiing and Snowboarding only 7 minutes away, ski, snowboard, snowshoe, ice-skate, or just snow play.
