The Tahoe Donner Vacation Lodge is a two-story home with a modern wooden exterior. Step inside this cozy home's great room, where your eyes are immediately drawn upward to the intricate wooden beamed ceiling. Two comfortable sofas and an accent chair invite you to relax and stay awhile. From the couch, admire views through the sliding glass doors to the deck and wooded yard beyond. There is also a flat-screen TV tucked in the corner for unwinding in the evenings with a movie.

This home features an L-shaped great room with the kitchen tucked in the center. The second living area is a combined living and dining room, where you can enjoy a meal at the lengthy wooden table with bench seating or relax on the couch alongside an atmospheric gas stove. The kitchen boasts upgraded stainless steel appliances and dark wood cabinets with modern hardware. Grab the pots or pans you need from the open rack overhead and easily prepare meals in this well-equipped kitchen, if desired.

The Tahoe Donner Vacation Lodge is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The bedrooms provide a country lodge feel with thick, cozy bedspreads. The master bedroom is located on one end of the house, providing privacy from the other main level bedrooms. It boasts a king bed and soft yellow walls. Retreat to your master bedroom to curl up in the easy chair with a good book or catch a movie on the flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom provides convenience and privacy. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main level, including one with a queen bed and one with both a queen bed and twin bunk bed. Children will love the window seats located in both bedrooms, where they can peer out the windows to watch the snow falling. 

Enjoy additional living space provided on the second level of this home. A third living room is located upstairs, offering vaulted ceilings, two spacious couches, a flat-screen TV, and a table perfect for games. The upstairs bedroom has two sets of triple bunk beds. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes' drives from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery.

Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

You're also a short walk from the Legacy Trail which follows the Truckee River to the east. You can saunter along with the river and enjoy the amazing views. 

Step inside our Shabby to Chic Downtown Getaway to find a bright and tastefully designed living room, with plenty of seating for everyone in your group. This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with all modern appliances, a large dining table, and an office desk for you to keep up with important business or plan your next adventure in the area. Step outside and enjoy the serene yard with comfortable seating, where mature trees provide plenty of shade, and enjoy the sounds of the water feature. 

While this home is pet friendly, there are restrictions on breeds mandated by the insurance company. Unfortunately, pit bulls and rottweilers will not be allowed. Our apologies.

Stepping inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with a kitchen, dining, and full bathroom on the same floor. Broad windows bring the view inside while relaxing on the sofa and from the dining room table. This cozy cabin is set up for your enjoyment and with you in mind.
A beautiful bedroom with a queen bed is just off the living room. Private but with space to spread out, you'll create long-lasting memories amidst the forest, the mountains, the Lake, and the Sky.

Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

This second floor 2 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom Truckee Cinnabar Vacation Retreat contains modern conveniences with mountain retreat décor. The great room where fond family memories can begin consists of one large room containing the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Sit down and take a load off on the leather sofa or loveseat and watch the snowfall gently through the glass doors. An angled tiled gas fireplace keeps things warm and cozy during the winters.

Plenty of entertainment is on hand for downtime in the condo, which offers Smart TV/ Roku, high-speed internet, and a large flat-screen TV situated over the fireplace. Step through the sliding glass doors to enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the deck, which overlooks other homes in the community. 

It is easy to save on the budget and enjoy some meals in if desired, with a stay in the Truckee Cinnabar Vacation Retreat. Exit through your master bedroom slider to the back patio and enter into a world of relaxation and cozy fun. Within a few feet of your back slider you'll find an elegant gas firepit area with a hot tub just feet away from the firepit where the family can enjoy getting comfy near the fire and relaxing in the hot tub simultaneously under the beautiful star-lit Tahoe sky. 

1st Level: Enter the home through the 1st story garage or front door and receive an instant feel of an authentic Tahoe home as you walk up the staircase to the luxuries that await you on the 2nd floor.

The Schaffer's Mill Vacation Lodge offers multiple outdoor patio and deck spaces and is a lavish mountain retreat!

A spacious great room provides plenty of space for your family or group to gather together in the Schaffer's Mill Vacation Lodge. Multiple couches and accent chairs are thoughtfully arranged to create conversational space around the stone fireplace. Although not the focal point, a flat-screen TV is provided for those who want to stay connected or unwind with a movie in the evening. The living room flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas, making it easy for everyone to be together. In the kitchen, pull up a stool at the curved island to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast. Stainless steel appliances and high-quality cabinetry make this a pleasant space to prepare a meal if desired, which can be enjoyed at the adjoining dining area seating eight.

The Schaffer's Mill Vacation lodge features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Seclusion awaits in the master suite located on the main level and tucked away from the other downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs you will find the expansive Master Suite with incredible views and a gas fireplace. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes' drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.

The spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Donner Lake Vacation Lodge offers an abundance of space perfect for families or groups. This roomy lodge comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. 

Soaring Great Room

Towering ceilings and natural wood walls and beams make the Donner Lake Vacation Lodge truly feel like a mountain lodge. An elevated wall of floor-to-ceiling windows lets natural light flood in and provides a scenic view of the snow and greenery from the comfort of indoors. Curl up on one of two leather sofas in the living room to soak in the views. On cold winter days, warm up near the large stone fireplace. A large flat screen TV equipped with cable provides evening entertainment for the whole family. 

It's easy to prepare and enjoy meals in this thoughtfully arranged space, which provides open access to the kitchen. Upgraded stainless steel appliances and ample counter space aid in meal preparation. Pull up a barstool at the island to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast, and gather around the adjacent dining table, which seats ten, for family meals. On warm days, meals can be enjoyed outside on the deck just off of the great room, where there are tables with shade umbrellas. Multiple seating areas around the property provide a variety of hangout spaces when the weather is nice.

Multiple master suites in the Donner Lake Vacation Lodge make this an ideal vacation rental for multiple families or small groups. With one master bedroom located on the main level and the other located upstairs with the additional guest bedrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. The first-floor master boasts a king bed and adjoined bathroom with double sinks and plenty of vanity space. The large jetted tub is perfect for soaking and unwinding in the evening. Gather Together

Entry into Camp Howdy reveals a spacious great room, offering plenty of space for gathering together. A large stone fireplace and Americana décor create a mountain cabin atmosphere. Multiple leather sofas and an easy chair provide ample seating for curling up by the fireplace in the evenings under one of the warm throw blankets. A large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV is perfect for viewing an evening movie as a family. The living area flows easily into the kitchen, where you will find a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals if desired. Pull up a barstool for morning coffee or a quick lunch or prepare and enjoy a meal at the extensive dining table that seats six. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and reveal the serene view of the wooded yard and wrap-around deck. 

Enjoy Space and Privacy

Set apart from the others, the downstairs bedroom makes a good master. Admire views of the snow-covered pines from the queen bed. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV allows you to enjoy movies in bed before drifting off to sleep. Tiptoe out to grab your morning cup of coffee before retreating back to your room in the morning to catch up on your favorite shows and watch the snowfall. The spacious downstairs bathroom offers an extra-long vanity with double sinks, allowing plenty of personal space to get ready in the mornings. 

The upstairs area is light and bright with a soft, Berber carpet. Two bedrooms and an additional bath allow for some separation from the master. One upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other offers two double beds. Buffalo plaid accents on the beds continue the mountain cabin atmosphere throughout the second level. An additional full bathroom on the second level allows for privacy and convenience for guests staying upstairs. 

Camp Howdy is decorated throughout in neutral colors, with occasional bright pops of red adding a splash of color. The warm tones and textures of this home provide a cozy atmosphere for your home base to explore the Tahoe area. There's nothing like a day on the slopes or the trails before retreating back to the comfort of your own private home at Camp Howdy!

Northstar Silver Strike Family Retreat



Tahoe Donner Forest Hideaway sits on a flat property within just a few minutes drive to Trout Creek and the Lodge. This is a beautiful, spacious home where everyone can spread out, and create new vacation memories together.











THE HOUSE
The dark brown wooden exterior of the Tahoe Donner Forest Hideaway is perfect for its forest setting and is a strong precursor for the mountain getaway that lies inside. The great room inside this elegant home is open and airy, providing a spacious gathering area for your family or group. The focal points in the room are actually the towering pine trees outside, but the two-story wall of windows in the living room brings the outdoors in flawlessly. Admire the stunning wooded view from the couch, love seat, or accent chairs in the living room, or warm up alongside the large stone fireplace. Cook up a meal or grab a snack in the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cutlery and cookware you'll need to prepare meals if desired. A generously sized dining table is adjacent to the kitchen, where bench seating adds a stylish touch. Bar stools at the kitchen peninsula add additional seating to this Truckee vacation rental.

The Tahoe Donner Forest Hideaway is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. Enjoy plenty of privacy in the master suite, which is separated from the other main floor bedrooms by the great room. Wood floors and a vaulted wood beam ceiling add a special touch to the master suite, which contains a king bed and spacious wardrobe. A blue focal wall adds a splash of color, while the opposite wall features sliding glass doors that open up to views of the peaceful wooded yard. Step out onto the deck from the master, where you can enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee. The en suite bathroom boasts a spacious corner jetted tub, perfect for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Double sinks allow plenty of space for multiple people to get ready in the morning, and there is also a separate glass enclosed shower.

The two guest bedrooms on the other side of the great room also offer queen beds and spacious mirrored closets with plenty of room for unpacking or storing luggage. Soft carpet, neutral bedding, and bedside lamps create a restful area for additional guests. Children or teens will be delighted to discover the upstairs loft in the Tahoe Donner Forest Hideaway. This home has been redone with your family in mind, walk into an inviting mudroom after which you'll be welcomed by high vaulted ceilings, a beautiful large dining area, nicely remodeled kitchen for the chef in the family and a cozy living room for those game or TV nights, but wait, got kids joining the fun, set them up in the loft or bring out the creative side with some chalkboard art.

LOCATION/AMENITIES
Our Mountain Family Oasis home is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. You won't even need to leave the area because of all the great activities offered including 2 restaurants, hiking, and biking trails just as you walk out your front door, enjoy our private vacation home as much as we do.

Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball and Archery.

Winter Activities are: Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, and Snowshoeing, Tubing and sledding.

Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card. Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.

The family room offers a sofa and two chairs, thoughtfully arranged for gathering together in conversation. Attention is paid to every detail, from the unique wood and metal chandelier to the regionally relevant gallery wall. The sliding barn doors that separate the living area from the rest of the house are a stylish touch.

A spacious kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances provides plenty of space to prepare meals if desired. Find all the cookware you'll need on the hanging pots and pans rack or in the ample cupboards. A wine fridge keeps all of your favorite beverages cool and close at hand, and the oversized farm sink adds a special touch, even if you don't plan on doing dishes during your stay. The kitchen and living area are adjoined by a dining space complete with a rustic wood table with bench seating, perfect for enjoying family meals.

This spacious home also offers an additional living room complete with a leather couch and ottoman in front of a wall-mounted flat screen TV, perfect for enjoying an evening in.

With four bedrooms, the Chic Truckee Downtown Getaway offers plenty of space for everyone to get a good night's rest. One bedroom is located on the main level, offering a twin bunk bed along with a pull-out trundle. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. The other three bedrooms and additional bathroom are located upstairs. A bedroom with sloped ceilings offers a cozy hideaway for kids, with two twin beds, and an additional guest bedroom offers a queen bed. The master bedroom also boasts a queen bed and the added charm of the exposed brick chimney. A full wall of closets allows for plenty of space to store away luggage, and the full upstairs bathroom is also close at hand.
