This was the perfect property for us. The house was comfortable and lovely. Outside there was so much space to run and play. There were several fun outdoor games provided. Several blocks to McMinnville`s 3rd Street Downtown, a local natural grocery store or Union Block Coffee. Walking or driving is your best option to get around McMinnville. There is a small local bus system.


There are two entry doors to the Persimmon Loft. One from the exterior porch into the house and one at the top of a short flight of stairs into the flat.

This circa 1900 home has been lovingly maintained and features a wrap-around porch, a kitchen large enough for group meal prep, and space for everyone! Four luxuriously furnished bedrooms are available (two kings & two queens ). A main floor master bedroom features a king bed. Upstairs bedrooms include an additional king and two queen-sized beds. There are two full bathrooms in the home, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bath has a claw foot tub with a shower unit and the upstairs bath features a tub/shower combination. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is a comfortable office for those working remotely.

Off-street parking for three cars is available. Though McMinnville does not have robust public transportation, Uber and Lyft service the area. In addition, walking the downtown is just steps away.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway of this house. There are additional parking along the west side of the property. This house is in a supremely walk-able area to the east and south of its location, reaching to the charm of Third Street.


The house is located along a main road (two-lane, 35mph one way street). There is some road noise, but it is not distracting.


There is an exterior security camera at the front door and near the kitchen door.
