Our 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath villa was freshly renovated in November 2022 with new furnishings throughout. The living area features 18-foot ceilings and an 84" LG TV. Glass sliders in the dining area open to a lanai with a table and chairs with terrific views of the Kohala Mountains. Spectrum cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are included. 
The well-equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops and everything you will need to prepare your meals when staying in. Enjoy both Keurig and Drip coffeemakers and have your morning coffee on your private lanai!
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom suite has a King bed, includes a private lanai with chairs, separate shower and bathtub, plus dual sinks. Beautiful Anaeho'omalu Beach (A Bay), is located within 1.1 mile walking distance or a short 4 minute drive. The bay is a great place for paddle boards and other water sports. Watch beautiful sunsets from the beach. During whale season (Nov to March) follow the rugged fisherman's trail from A Bay and you might spot a whale. Whale watching tours leave nearby during the seasonally from November to March. Approximately 12 miles or 18 minute drive away.
The Kings Highway Foot Trail and Waikoloa Petroglyph Preserve trail passes by just behind the condo. The Waikoloa Petroglyph Field is one of the best-preserved petroglyph sites on the Big Island. Dolphin Quest-.5 mile, a 4-minute drive or short walk is located nearby at the Hilton Hotel. Watch the dolphins and their trainers work out in the early mornings. Hapuna Beach State Park is one of the best beaches on the island its located 8.8 miles north of the condo about a 16 minute drive.

Enjoy a meal or stretch out on a chaise lounge from the covered lanai to enjoy the unobstructed golf course view and ocean breeze. The home includes TVs and ceiling fans in each room, a washer and dryer, and central A/C (installed in 2022). The kitchen, with its granite countertops and high-end appliances is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. An additional full bath is located adjacent to the guest bedroom, which offers two twin beds. The home is single level and there are no stairs. Cable, WIFI, and free long-distance calls to US Mainland, Canada and Mexico are included.
Waikoloa Beach Villas is a quiet, low-density, gated community with beautifully manicured grounds, located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is just steps from the Kings' and Queens' Shops (which include restaurants and a small grocery store), a short walk to the stunning Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) Beach, and 20 minutes from Kona International Airport. There are two resort style heated pools and spas for your enjoyment as well as an on-site fitness center and BBQ grills. There is plenty of parking as well as a private garage. Linens, including beach towels are provided, as well as basic supplies for your stay. 
Our family has been visiting Hawaii for about ten years now, and Waikoloa Beach Villas on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island quickly became our favorite place to stay! We'd argue that the Big Island has the widest diversity of things to do and will allow visitors to access a full Hawaiian experience. Just minutes away are Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach, (our personal favorite and number 1 on Dr. Beach's list of top 10 American Beaches in 2021). We love to snorkel at Kahalu'u (great for beginners) and Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historic Park (Two-Step). We also enjoy the spectacular mountain views, the contrast between the lava fields and tropical foliage, and easy access via the Saddle Road to the East side of the island to visit Hilo (Farmers' market, local eateries including world-famous mochi), and Volcanoes National Park.
We are honored to share our Hawaii home with you. It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends and we truly hope you feel at home while staying in our little slice of heaven.
