This tropical manor with a private pool located within the exclusive gated community of Destiny West provides guests with access to the community's amenities such as the community pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. The famous sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast are a mere three minute stroll away. This public beach access is located at the delicious Crab Trap restaurant.

The tropical aura of Bella Vita greets you like a warm breeze upon entering this regal vacation home. The entrance, located on the second floor, opens up to a beautifully decorated living space with plenty of comfortable seating. By the living area is an open gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, and a dining space with a view overlooking the lake. Onto the balcony is a lounging area with a view of the pool and the Four Prong Lake. A hallway leads to the luxurious master King Suite. This elegant and fully-furnished bedroom is coupled with a large master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace.

For a breath of fresh air, follow the staircase up to the sun deck. This open deck is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful coastal sunrises and sunsets. Down on the first floor are two king bedrooms with their own personal flat-screen TVs. There is a King Suite with its own private bath and flat-screen TV. The cozy décor of these rooms will make Bella Vita feel like a home away from home! Also located on this floor is bunk room with 6 queen bed bunks. Connecting all the rooms together is a comfortable living room and a hallway leading to the entrance. Enjoy the comfort of your own private pool with plenty of lounge and picnic space.  

Gather and enjoy stunning views of the sun setting on the beach from the third floor sun deck. Luxury and comfort meet in the gourmet kitchen and family room that opens to an outdoor balcony overlooking the pool, lake and ocean. Bring your fishing poles and fish in the lake right from this home! The spacious 20 x 10 kidney pool and lounge area are directly situated on the Western tip of Four Prong Lake. This is the perfect setting after a day on the beach to relax and enjoy a dinner cooked on the gas grill. Swim in the privacy of this spectacular pool into the late evening after the sun has gone down.

The entire coastal atmosphere of Bella Vita is relaxing for any event from a family gathering to a small cocktail party for a reception of your closest friends. Community amenities are available including a community pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis courts.

**This home requires a Saturday to Saturday rental during Spring Break and a Sunday to Sunday rental during our Summer Season.* No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**


**Golf Cart Rentals- are NOT permitted in the Destiny West community.**

**Weddings/Events not permitted at this home.**

*Tents/Canopies- are allowed on the public beach adjacent to the Crab Trap Seafood Restaurant & Bar.*

*Additional Features:*

*Pool Heat -* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week.  (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

*Margarita Machines - *Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. "The Splash" is beautiful, three-story coastal home with over 7,000 sq. ft. of indoor space. This home offers sleeping arrangements for 32 guests, has 8 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. Enjoy sweeping gulf views and an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of covered, outdoor living space.

Upon entry of the first floor, you will find an bright and cheerful entry foyer with intricate, fun décor. This lovely home features an eclectic, tropical design throughout that will bring a smile your face from room to room. For sleeping arrangements on the first floor there are 2 King Suites, each with bunk nooks. One King Suite features queen-over-queen bunks while the other has twin-over-twin. There is a spacious game room on this floor with a refrigerator, television, table with seating (perfect for board games or a game of cards), pool table, and foosball table.

On the second floor is the main living area. The living space features plentiful seating with two leather couches and two cushioned wicker chairs. In the formal dining area there are two dining tables, each with seating for 8 guests. The pristine gourmet kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals for family gatherings or cocktail parties. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 8 as well as a breakfast nook with bench seating. For sleeping arrangements on this floor there are two bright and welcoming King Suites, each with their own unique coastal look.

On the third floor is where you will find the rest of your sleeping arrangements. On this floor is a King Suite, East Master King Suite, West Master King Suite, and a bunk room. The breathtaking East Master King Suite features a gorgeous four-poster bed; a peaceful bunk nook with 2 twin beds; and a private master bath featuring double vanities and a deep soaker tub. The bunk room is perfect for teens and young adults with 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a private bath. Find your personal tropical oasis in the West Master King Suite which features an large master bath with double vanities.

Relax in luxury with in the amazing outdoor lagoon style pool. Comprised of over 80,000 gallons of water, this pool alone cost $400,000 to construct. The outdoor area also offers a built-in bar which walks down into the pool area. Guests can swim up to the bar and hang loose on the underwater bar stools, or relax in the 12-person hot tub. There is also a large lanai area with plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV and fireplace. Grill up an amazing dinner on the large gas grill located just beside the lanai area on the back deck.

Guests will never feel crowded in their bedrooms or living spaces. On the first floor, guests will have access to 3 sets of custom-built tri-bunks for the kids to accommodate 9. Guests of this floor have access to a full bathroom, shared with the outdoor summer kitchen, with large vanity and custom tiled shower. The first floor also opens up to the pool deck into a breezy living room with panoramic window views for maximum sunshine.

Up the stairs to the second floor, guests will find a beautiful sitting area off of the open concept dining and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a large island with built in sink and dishwasher, and ample cabinet space. Dishes are a cinch with the large basin sink and secondary dishwasher, as well as fully furnished cabinets with all dishes and cookware for the perfect family meal. The high top dining tables comfortably seat up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements on the second floor include two king suites with private baths and balconies for maximum privacy.

On the third floor, guests are greeted still with plenty of living space and luxurious comforts of home. Just off of the sitting/living area on this floor is a half bathroom and a wet bar with a sink, microwave and mini fridge.  Sleeping arrangements on this floor include a king suite with private bathroom and balcony, a king suite with shared living area full bathroom, a bunk nook with two sets of queen/queen bunks, and a king suite with a private bathroom and balcony.

Upon entry, guests will find an inviting and open-air foyer with a grand staircase and crystal-clear lighting. Southbound features a fresh and updated kitchen and dining room with space for the entire family to enjoy time together. Luxurious accents and amenities at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, gas cooktop range, two dishwashers and microwave. The dine in island/breakfast bar features seating for 6 in plush barstools. The well crafted and cozy dining room off the kitchen has seating for 8 guests with beautiful views surrounding the table.

Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the sitting area with seating for 6 guests, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The beauty of this room is the open air "observatory" style ceiling with large windows for maximum lighting overhead and an overlook from the second floor into the first. Step outside to the patio where there's yet another large flat screen TV, plenty of seating and what could be the crown jewel of this property, the pool. Step just outside the back doors to the inviting plunge pool centered on the sun deck with two dining tables and an abundance of chaise lounge chairs. This pool can be heated for an additional fee. The covered porch is ideal for guests who prefer to take a break from the Florida sunshine. Across the deck, another LARGE private pool (cannot be heated) overlooks the lush yard, which is perfect for children to play and plenty of room for fun lawn games.

Upstairs on the second floor there are four bedrooms, a full bathroom in the hallway and full shared bathroom between the bedrooms, which is ideal for parents and their children. A balcony overlooks the pool and a separate den with flat screen TV serves a media room.

Upon entry into the home, surround yourself with natural lighting and a stunning open floor plan living, dining and kitchen space. Play a game of beachy tic-tac-toe in the sitting area while watching the kids play in the pool or enjoy a family dinner at the beautifully handcrafted dining room table with seating for 8-10 guests. Slide up to the breakfast bar for pancakes or coffee in barstool seating for 6 guests. The fully furnished kitchen comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, all stainless-steel high-end appliances and plenty of counterspace for meal preps or large family spreads. Once lunch or dinner are done, head out the beautiful French doors to the pool and patio area for more family fun. The private pool features a swim up sun ledge so the little ones can splash around too!

The second floor of the home contains a laundry nook with stackable washer/dryer, a gaming/entertainment room with the air hockey table, and 3 bedrooms. The King Suite on this floor will have a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and beautiful dual vanities. Just off the game room, a bunk nook with full over full bunk and at the end of the hallway, a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunks. There is a shared hallway bathroom on this floor for the bunk rooms.

On the top level of the home, guests will find 3 King bedrooms, one with private bath and a shared hallway bathroom for the other two bedrooms. All King bedrooms on this level will have direct balcony access and spacious rooms for maximum comfort and luxury at every turn. On the second floor is an modern, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This luxurious main living space is bathed in natural light during the day and features intricate, high-end details that pull together the perfect space to relax with company or entertain. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island that also serves as a breakfast bar with seating for two. Perfect for conversations while cooking! The formal dining area offers gulf views and seating for 8. There is additional dining space for 6 guests by the outdoor kitchen on the balcony. The open floor plan leads to a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, dining seating for 8 guests, a breakfast nook table for 2 and 2 additional built in bar seats. On the first floor of the main house, there are sleeping arrangement for 4. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, queen sized, for 2 guests. There is also a King Suite with Private Bath and dedicated porch access on this floor. Extra spacious and convenient for the very best first impressions!

On the second floor of the main house, sleeping arrangements include: Master King Suite with Private Bath (jacuzzi tub and private balcony access with gulf views) and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids, a Queen bedroom with private bath and private porch/balcony access, and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. The bunkroom uses a full bathroom in the hallway. 

Up on the third floor, guests get the ultimate gulf views through the loft with two separate decks/balconies for sipping your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail. 

As you venture across the courtyard area and around the pool, enter the carriage house for additional sleeping arrangements for 10. Crash for the night in either the King bedroom or the bunk room with 2 full/full bunks. Both bedrooms use the full bathroom in the carriage house. Our coastal kitchen is spectacular and has all the essentials needed for preparing a snack, dinner, or your favorite cocktail. Plenty of bar seating is available around the granite counter top and additional seating around the ONE-OF-A-KIND BICYCLE DINING TABLE featuring another live-edge epoxied tree slab table top that was custom made for us... it's really cool !

The gathering/living room is very coastal/modern featuring a leather sofa bed couch with 2 leather accent chairs and a custom made reclaimed wood coffee table.  The room has ship-lap walls and ceilings, fiber optic accent lighting, a huge ceiling fan, a mirrored wall that reflects the beach and Gulf of Mexico, a 60" wall mounted tv.... but best of all, sliding doors to our MAGNIFICENT BEACH and emerald blue waters that makes DESTIN a great vacation destination!

"Family Matters" is the perfect coastal retreat for a large group of friends and family that are looking for luxury and comfort. This home is located a short 5-to-7-minute stroll directly up the street to the shore! This is one of the few homes in the area that also includes an outdoor playset for the kids and features a private 36x16ft pool! "Family Matters" has everything you need for the perfect vacation at the beach.

"Family Matters" is a 9-bedroom, 5.5 bath, luxury home with nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of total living space. The home sleeps 20 in beds and up to 22 with sofa sleeper. For convenience, this home also offers an elevator with access to all three floors!

On the first floor you will find a high-end gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances; comfortable dining arrangements for all your guests including a large formal dining room table; a breakfast nook table; and a large granite bar stool counter adjacent to the kitchen. On this floor, there is one King bedroom with private bathroom. There is also an additional half bath near the common entertaining area.

Taking the elevator or stairs up to the second floor, you will find a secluded sitting room perfect for a second gathering area or for a quiet moment reading or napping on the queen sleeper sofa. Also on this level are 4 King bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a separate laundry room, and a fun bunk with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds which sleep 4 guests.

The third floor Master King Suite is well-worthy of a home of this caliber. There is a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, elegant crown molding, and a top-end electronics suite. This room opens to a large private balcony. The bathroom is akin to a spa with a large garden tub; separate shower area; spacious dressing area; and a laundry nook with a second washer and dryer set. The third floor also has 2 additional King bedrooms and a bathroom with direct access from both rooms.

The property is situated in the perfect location only 200 yards to beach access on the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive. The home is a few lots off of Scenic Gulf Drive, ensuring that there will never be a problem with traffic or pedestrian noise. The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin's best beach area and is a short distance from Destin's best shopping and dining locations.



**HOA has strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

**This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**



BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!

* BEACH CHAIR SERVICE guests are able to rent through La Dolce Vita for setups located at the restaurant the Crab Trap. Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*

*WEDDINGS/EVENTS – *All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.


*Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $1,500.00 Beach Reunion event fee.*



*Additional Amenities:*



*Private Elevator- *This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

*Pool Heat:* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

***Welcome to "GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS"***  

A COMPLETELY RENOVATED and spectacular 3 bedroom plus bunk nook condo, located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico , sunrises, and sunsets!

Construction was completed January 2021 and can sleep up to 14 guests.

Inspired by a trip to Graceland in Memphis, TN, the condo was named after one of Elvis Presley's movies "GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS"...our theme is somewhat nostalgic with a touch of the 50's, 60's, and 70's, and of course lots of "beachy stuff" too! 
From the 80 yr old canoe glimmering with fiber optic lighting, to the 1965 Volkswagen doors hanging from the wall, to the 33 LP player, and Vespa Scooter dining table ( and a whole bunch more...wifey went overboard on this one! ), it's a FUN condo with a beachy feel.

"GIRLS" is located on the 4th floor of a 48 unit , 4 story complex so there's NOBODY ABOVE YOU, and a corner unit to boot...a very bright, QUIET and private condo unit, and with only 48 units , our spacious, private beach is never crowded. 
Very unique to GIRLS, is a lofted second floor featuring a private king bedroom, a large second bedroom featuring a queen over queen bunk and another standalone queen bed....these two bedrooms share a beautiful brand new bathroom with live edged pecan sink counter tops with vessel bowl sinks.

There's also a hall twin over twin bunk which overlooks the living area via large ship porthole windows....the kiddo's will really love this!!

Walking back down our floating staircase with pecan live edge slab treads and cable railed handles, your immediately embraced by the suspended canoe with color changing fiber optic lights, river rock tile, new coastal kitchen, shiplapped ceilings and of course the Vespa Scooter dining table.

The third bedroom is a large master on the main floor with a brand new private bathroom, all appointed in coastal tile and colors.
But the best of the best is the UNOBSTRUCTED BEACH AND GULF VIEWS....simply BREATHTAKING!!

Standard features include stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and all one needs for a great vacation.

Enjoy your day right at the home which offers a private courtyard, pool, BBQ area with propane grill and new outdoor furniture to help you soak in the sun! ** The first floor of the main house features an open floor plan concept with a gorgeous 12' ceiling great room, entertaining area, gourmet kitchen and a dining capacity for 14. On the same floor is a luxurious master suite with king bed, custom built in closets and a gorgeous master bath with soaking tub and double shower.

On the second floor the bedrooms are all appointed and newly furnished. You'll find 1 king bedroom with a full bath and 1 queen bedroom with French doors that lead out to the spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool. This room has access to a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the bunk room featuring three twin over twin custom built in bunks. Also with balcony access, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, catching Z's or reading a good novel.

A separate newly furnished guest house comes with a king bedroom, mini fridge, microwave and full bathroom.

Cavu Caye is right around the corner from the Destiny East recreation complex with a club house, fitness Center, free rental JMax theater, large seasonally heated community pool, whirlpool, children's playground, a second lake side pool, tennis and basketball courts as well as gas grills and picnic area.

The amazing sugar sand beach is a short golf cart drive with ample parking near The Crab Trap Restaurant. Destiny East is a private gated community that is close to everything - exceptional dining, entertainment, and shopping are easy to get to. You will have no problem finding entertainment for your whole crew!

**This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.   * No College/Student groups allowed.A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**

*Golf Cart - *This home comes with a 6 seater golf cart  available at the home, and will make the beach commute a breeze!

*Pool Heat - *From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week.  (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

*Seasonal Beach Chair Service -* Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st, to October 31st, and includes 2 chairs and umbrella provided by La Dolce Vita at the beach access by the Crab Trap.
