Main floor offers a great room with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, and comfy furnishings. First floor has a master suite with French doors opening to a partial covered wrap around deck with outdoor seating and gas barbeque. There is also a full bath with a jet tub. Granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen. Upstairs top level has 3 bedrooms and a jack n/ jill style bathroom. In the loft area it has a pullout sofa. The basement floor has a gaming area with a nice pool table and Smart TV. This floor also has a living room with a wood burning fireplace. Wireless internet and Smart TV's with ROKU and Dish service. Paved plowed road for easy year round access making for life time memories and return visits. Brian Head offers numerous seasonal activities with ideal skiing conditions in winter and cool summers that are perfect for all outdoor activities. Winter has snow shoeing, snow boarding, skiing, snow tubing, snowmobiling, relaxation and play. Slopes are not crowded and have a wide range of terrain. Elevation of 10,000 ft. (highest base of all Utah ski resorts) and has a packed dry base. Over 400+ inches of very dry powder a year. Summer to Fall has great scenery while biking, four wheeling, ATV, fishing, horse back riding, rock climbing and exploring. Day trips to National and State Parks. Cedar City hosts a world renowned Shakespeare Festival summer and fall.
