It was gorgeous! A beautiful open space with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was stocked so well! The electric kettle made making breakfast, hot cocoa and tea a breeze. I cannot say enough about our stay. The snow was great, the property was beyond amazing. If I had one complaint it would be the basement felt very secluded. The people that were to sleep down there ended up on the couches upstairs.

Take the chair lift up to go mountain biking or hiking. The kids can zip line, bungee trampoline, rock climb, tube and do archery. We have been coming to Brian Head for years and were able to stay at this beautiful cabin the week before the Thanksgiving holiday. The kids were still in school and my husband and I were both working remotely and we were all able to take our Zoom calls with no problems due to the excellent WiFi. First of all, this cabin is gorgeous. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt relaxed and at home. We immediately took advantage of the comfortable couches and got cozy in front of the huge stone fireplace. Luckily, it started to snow and we fully enjoyed the picturesque view of the ski hill through the floor-to-ceiling windows. We could even see people night skiing from the living room! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and all the rooms are generously sized...especially the bathrooms! Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus and they even had a finished basement with laundry and a mudroom for all of our snowboards, bags, jackets, etc. The Brian Head resort opened for the season while we were there so we were able to enjoy multiple days of snowboarding in Utah's famous powder. I really love how family friendly this resort is--there is something for everyone and at every skill level. They have night skiing on Friday and Saturday nights and it is awesome to go snowboarding under the stars! It takes less than 2 minutes to drive down the road and park in the Giant Steps lot (or there's a shuttle, if you don't want to drive). Be sure to stop by Pizzano's for the best pizza after a long day on the hill! This cabin had everything we needed and more. We felt like we were staying in a fancy resort and a cozy cabin in the woods at the same time. Can't wait to come back!

Best family vacation yet! The kids loved it as much as the adults did. The loft was located at the most convenient location where we were able to walk to Giant Steps to snowboard, the convenience store, and a couple restaurants. The kids played in the snow all day and enjoyed it. Everyone enjoyed the shuffle board and fooseball table. The living and dining room area was most memborable for me because of the beautiful view of the mountains through the glass windows, where my family spent our time together. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The jetted tubs were relaxing. It's snowed all weekend so we were able to use the shovel provided to make a path to get out of the one car garage. Overall an amazing stay!

The cabin looks likes what the pictures online looked liked. The place was not hard to get to and it offered gorgeous views. We loved the fact that everything was labeled. It made it so easy for us to find everything from items in the kitchen to the light switches in the cabin. There were 6 adults and 6 kids and the cabin fit us fine. At times it felt a little cramped (like in the kitchen) but nothing that bothered us much. We have already talked about wanting to visit Brian Head again and looking forward to staying at this property or another property offered by Family Time Vacation.

Ready for some serious winter fun in Brian Head? Looking for the great outdoors, close to Vegas and Salt Lake City? Love skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing or snowmobiling? Well our "Cabin on The Prairie" may be the place for you!
Located in the Steam Engine Meadows Sub Division, just three hours from Las Vegas and Salt Lake City door to door, our Little House on the Prairie features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms for maximum comfort. Our home features three bedrooms, one with King bed and mini futon, perfect for young children, plus additional space for a sleeping bags and a connected private bath. The master Bedroom is super spacious and provides a great view as well. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and private bath that is attached to the room as well, and the second guest bedroom features a beautiful log bunk bed with a queen mattress on top and a queen mattress on the bottom.
Our loft features a twin mattress/futon that's very comfortable as well and the home easily sleeps 9 on mattresses so it is very comfortable.
Kitchen is just wonderful and fully stocked for cooking; everything you'll need to create wonderful meals and our giant windows transport the outdoors to the indoors. They really give a spectacular view to the home that's just incredible in the winter or during summer when our meadows turn into amazing fields of wildflowers featuring beautiful colors and deer.
The home features maximum occupancy of 10(sleep 9 in beds) and is just a great place to share great times. We're super close to Bryce Canyon, Panguitch Lake, Mammoth Creek, Duck Creek, Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Cedar City, Escalante and much more. Great place to use as a home base for visiting national parks for sure! Renters must be aged 26 or older to rent with valid proof of ID to be provided at booking.
Brian Head has so much to offer a family with Pizanos Pizza located near the Giant Steps Lifts. Not only is this a great home in the winter, but the summer is equally spectacular when it comes to Mt Biking, ATVing and fishing activities. Bring your family and start making your own special memories.

Cabin on the Prairie



This condo is comfy and cozy; Corner unit fully equipped with everything you'll need. We can accommodate 8 people with a King-size bed in the master, a queen bed & twin bunks in the 2nd bedroom and full sleeper sofa in living room, and have flat screen TVs in every room.
Giant Steps Condos has a great game room, 2 spas, an underground parking garage, and dumbwaiters in all three buildings, not to mention we are next to the main lift and new tubing park. There is a free shuttle that takes you all around the mountain.
Whether summer or winter, Brian Head, Utah has it all. In the winter this small mountain town has great powder skiing, a snowboard park, snowmobiling, and a tubing park.
Summertime in Brian Head provides great nature hikes and mountain biking trails with some of the most magnificent overlooks nature can provide. Brian Head has it's own, pond, the 'Bristlecone pond' stocked with trout, and surrounded by a walking trail and picnic pads.
Southern Utah is dubbed color country for its beautiful national parks. The Shakespearean Festival takes place all summer just 30 minutes away in Cedar City.
For sightseeing Zion National Park is about 69 miles away & Bryce Canyon is about 58 miles.l

This stunning and modern two bedroom, two and a half bath, 1,900 square foot condo is conveniently located directly across from Giant Steps with expansive views of the slopes. Relax after a day of skiing, biking or hiking, by the fireplace, playing foosball or just sitting on the balcony taking in the breathtaking scenery. One single garage will fit a truck or SUV with plenty of room to spare for skis and other toys.
The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Two spacious bedrooms have a California king in the upstairs master with a plush memory foam mattress, and a standard king downstairs with a foam mattress and memory foam topper. A trundle day bed in the loft with two memory foam mattresses is great for two kids. Sleep in comfort to recharge for another day of fun.
Each of the two full baths has double sinks. The master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower, while the downstairs bath has a shower bath combination. The half bath is conveniently located in the loft. For longer stays feel free to use the washer and dryer to refresh your clothes.
The open kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, knives, gadgets and large and small appliances. Do anything from warming leftovers to making holiday family meals. Grill burgers and dogs on the gas grill on the lower balcony.
At only three hours from both Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, Brian Head is close enough for a quick trip but far enough to keep the crowds away. Enjoy the new high-speed quad to Giant Steps and spend no time in line. The famous Utah powder awaits in the winter, with mountain biking, hiking and off-roading in the spring, summer and fall. Take a day trip to Cedar Breaks, Bryce or Zion. Enjoy Utah's best-kept secret in the Dixie National Forest.
