Great skiing, great hiking, available year round. Main floor offers a great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling gas fireplace, and comfy furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, granite countertops, and wooden cabinets. Just bring food. First floor has a master suite with French doors opening to a covered wrap around deck with outdoor seating and gas barbeque. There is also a full bath and another bedroom. All bedrooms have king beds. All bathrooms have slate showers and floors. Granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen. Upstairs is a large loft with sofa bed and full sized futon. In the loft area are games, puzzles, books, and a DVD library. Passing through a set of double doors is another master suite with a large walk in closet. The basement floor has a heated garage with air hockey table. Plenty of room for storing snow equipment, bikes, and fishing gear. (House does not have these items to use, must provide your own) Wireless internet and Direct TV. Paved plowed road for easy year round access making for life time memories and return visits. Brian Head offers numerous seasonal activities with ideal skiing conditions in winter and cool summers that are perfect for all outdoor activities. Winter has snow shoeing, snow boarding, skiing, snow tubing, snowmobiling, relaxation and play. Slopes are not crowded and have a wide range of terrain. Elevation of 10,000 ft. (highest base of all Utah ski resorts) and has a packed dry base. Over 400+ inches of very dry powder a year. Summer to Fall has great scenery while biking, four wheeling, ATV, fishing, horse back riding, rock climbing and exploring. Day trips to National and State Parks. Cedar City hosts a world renowned Shakespeare Festival summer and fall.
