Fun vintage looking record player with nice collection of classic vinyl. My kids have never seen a record player... now they want one for Christmas. Nice library. Plenty of games including air hockey. Fire pit, hot tub.. Tons of fun!

I was given immediate and courteous responses from Matthew from the very start. He answered questions and offered suggestions without being pushy or overbearing. He was very patient and helped us change the date by a day, allowing us flexibility for our arrival and additional flexibility on a little later check out to accommodate our young families. Respectful, honest and very knowledgable about the area and possible properties. Lisa was helpful, but not as prompt and customer friendly.

As a family, we loved our experience in Brian Head and our lodging at the Let's Play Chalet! We will be back! It was almost perfect for our family, 9 adults and 8 children. Cleanliness, comfortable, private. We loved the kitchen/family room area and the loft. The deck and jacuzzi were so inviting. Adequate bedrooms/bathrooms and furnished bedding and bath needs. Activities while visiting: We brought a couple of 4 wheelers and took rides around the cabin and immediate surroundings. What a treat! Went on a self-guided family adventure hike which included a ski lift ride to the top of the mountain and various stations for children to explore. There is a charge, but we enjoyed it. Drove to watch the sunset at one of the lookouts at Cedar Breaks. Wow, I didn't even know that this existed.

The view was amazing and the chalet was perfect for 3 families. The chalet is at the end of the street, on top of the mountain and there is a magnificent view of pine tree, aspens and mountain tops. All the kids slept and hung out mainly on the bottom level, the game room kept them entertained. The adults were able to have some quality time without the noise and craziness of the kids!

I sent an email through vrbo, received a phone call the next morning from a very helpful man that not only booked the property for me, but had info on the area we were visiting. He also sent me an email with all the arrival info I needed and directions to the cabin. Besides that, there wasn't much communication, which was really nice to just do our thing. I knew they were there if I needed them.

We had a total blast. Cabin was perfectly stocked with anything we needed in the kitchen. We had four adults and 11 kids and thought it was a great space. The beds were comfy. The TVs were easy to use (with plenty of DVDs available). Everything was very clean. Super fun place to stay.

Our stay was almost perfect except for a couple small items. I already mentioned it would have been nice to park our motorcycles in the garage, but appreciate the $100 discount on the rental. Also it would have been nice to have more channels to view on the TV, like something more than the cheap basic DISH package. How bout upgrading to a package that includes ESPN, History channel, TNT etc... HBO or Showtime would have been really nice. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a break in the heat from the desert temperatures like Arizona.

I will do another write up later on the VRBO... Let's Play Chalet was the perfect spring break getaway for my family of four plus grandparents. We enjoyed our first trip to Brian head and can't wait to return. BrianHead is a great alternative to Mammoth. We drove from Los Angeles and stayed over in Vegas for the night before driving to BrianHead. Nice road trip overall.
