With hundreds of vineyards and tastings rooms within a short drive your biggest challenge will be choosing which ones to visit. If adventure is more your style the Oregon coast is a mere hour or so away and hiking spots abound nearby.

Off-street parking for three cars is available. Though McMinnville does not have robust public transportation, Uber and Lyft service the area. In addition, walking the downtown is just steps away.

The Aneroid unit, part of the Litch Hotel, is a large first floor luxury condo in the newly renovated Litch Building (est. 1909). This unit located in Enterprise, OR, in the heart of Wallowa County is only minutes away from Joseph, OR and Wallowa Lake. It has 15 foot ceilings, original wood floors, original exposed stone walls and original trim throughout. It includes a main floor master bedroom with a king bed and a 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine with a king bed. Enjoy cooking in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen that includes custom, quartz countertops. 

Please note, when there are guests in the adjacent unit, some noise transfer between units will occur.

Great space for large groups. We were 3 family of close friends exploring the area wine tasting during the day and had an intimate gathering during the evening. We used the BBQ during our stay in the quiet and private back porch overlooking the expansive garden. I can imagine this verdant and bountiful garden can satisfy any demanding chef in the summer. I particularly enjoyed the fleece throw sitting by the fireplace with wine in my hand and dog by my feet. Life can't get any better than that. This is a beautiful, cozy, clean and spacious home. Each family has their own bathroom and getting ready is a breeze. The host provided tea and locally roasted coffee for our morning enjoyment. This place is truly a gem and I later learned that Maison d'amis means House of friends, which is true in every sense of these words. I highly recommend this home in this part of the wine country.

The home has been recently renovated, and is decorated in a wonderfully unique western/camp/surf style that will appeal to kids of any age. Upgraded internet lets you work or study from home with confidence.


The home is full of amenities. Cozy up to the stone fireplace, take a relaxing sauna or soak in the high-end hot tub. Climb to the rooftop deck to watch for whales and fishing boats. Little campers have their very own getaway in the kids hideaway play loft.


All three bedrooms feature premium mattresses and high-quality linens. Each bedroom is unique with barn doors, hardwood floors, handcrafted lights and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort. The master bedroom offers a TV and fireplace, while a second bedroom connects to the den and can be used as a second master suite.


The den offers a flat-screen wall-mounted fireplace and a convertible leather sofa to accommodate an additional guest.


Hit the beach and find yourself exploring miles of sandy shore. Head left and walk to the shops, restaurants and galleries of Nye Beach, a hip and historic beach community. Take a right and hunt for agates and sea shells at the cliffs below the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. On your return, people and pets can rinse off in our outdoor warm water shower.


Rainy day? No problem. The aquariums, restaurants, museums, performing arts venues and shops of Newport are all less than five minutes away.


Inside the home, you can enjoy a romantic fire, soak in the high-end spa, take a sauna or watch a movie on the HD flatscreen TV's. A new addition is a 100" high-Rez projector and screen for movie nights (Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO) or gaming on your system and stereo Bluetooth speakers.


There are also many books, DVD's, puzzles and games for the family to enjoy. Little campers will especially enjoy the cozy kids hideaway loft furnished with beanbag chairs, books and their own TV.


The home features four fireplaces (one gas, three electric), a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and copper counters, expansive decks with a built-in bar, a rooftop deck/whale watching platform, and an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off both people and pets after a fun day at the beach.

It's adjacent to the Wallowa Lake bike path as well as a short walk to downtown Joseph (1/2 mile). Pets are welcome in the unit for a $25/night fee per pet.

Camellia is located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country.  There is ample space for your friends and family to gather, as well as room and privacy for quiet moments or multiple Zoom meetings on our business speed WiFi.


Cozy up to the original outdoor stone fireplace, discover the Secret Speakeasy, soak in our top-line 10-person spa, and relax by the fire pit and outdoor dining pavilion. During the warmer months, there is a large stock tank/cowboy pool for your kiddos or your pups to enjoy.


The farmhouse is designed with the goal of relaxation, enjoyment and productivity during your time here in the heart of Wine Country. 


We believe Camellia is the original farmstead home of one of the original pioneer settlers of Yamhill County. She has been enlarged and updated over the years, but required significant improvements when we purchased her in December 2020.


Although we have completed significant luxury upgrades, she is still a funky old farmhouse.


Walls and ceilings are not completely square, stairs squeak, and the former owners created a large master suite that taller guests need to duck on entering (there are signs to remind you).


There is a 12 x 20 foot outdoor dining pavilion that is covered in grape vines during the summer.  It will look out over the trees with the sounds of the creek running down below.


The beds are all premium mattresses with high-end linens. There are multiple places to gather and lounge, inside and out. The kitchen has new high-end appliances and a gas stove for the chefs.


There are large (up to 72") TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Business speed Wi-Fi. Amazon Music with Alexa and Bluetooth speakers.


Our Secret Speakeasy invites you to relax and raise a glass, play one of our board games or have a match on our Marvel Comics pinball machine, or enjoy a quiet spot to work.


The lot is large and enclosed to allow kids and pups to roam safely. The view from the back is lovely, with old-growth trees and a view down to the ravine and trees surrounding the creek below.


This is a great opportunity to be close to town while feeling like you are in your own private refuge.

This beautiful space is 652 square feet, more than three times the size of the average hotel room, and comfortably accommodates three adults or two adults and two small children.


The stylish brick and picket fence streetscape entrance leads to a large, open-concept living space.  


The lounge area has a burnt-cedar accent wall, large gas fireplace, 55" HDTV, and a comfortable couch that converts to a single bed, a matching comfy chair, and a rustic coffee table with added storage for games and cards.


The full kitchen features an aged brick veneer wall, custom stainless steel and John Boos butcher block counters, new appliances, and a portable stainless steel island with stainless steel bar stools.


A hand-crafted, pub-height rustic dining table is a good dining, gaming or hangout option.  The  custom ship's wheel/rope lamp dining fixture is a focal point, while the pub bench and stainless steel bar stools accommodate six comfortably for games or dining.


A wall of windows offers views of the Nye Beach neighborhood, local park and Performing Arts Center.  Cafe blinds and blackout blinds are provided for your privacy and comfort.


The cozy bedroom features a new, premium-mattress queen-size bed with an alternative goose down comforter.  It is enclosed on three sides, with a privacy screen on the fourth wall.


The large bathroom features a handmade Talavera sink and an ensuite closet with ample storage.


For larger groups, this property can be combined with the adjacent Captain's Quarters to sleep up to 14 comfortably.

I cannot wait to return here. The space was small but beyond functional. The linens were so soft, the kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook dinner yourself, and it was just off Newburg's "main street" if you choose to walk to any of their restaurants. I was greeted inside with a handwritten note, local soap, and coffee to enjoy as well. If you have the option, stay here!

The location is right downtown, within walking distance to food, coffee, shopping, groceries, etc. There is traffic noise at times. Earplugs were provided, but not needed, as the noise seemed to die down later in the evening. Street parking meant parking under trees. No elevator, one flight of stairs every time you come & go. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Glacier Lake is a 2nd floor unit located within Lakes Basin Village. It's in a unique location less than a mile from Wallowa Lake. It's adjacent to the Wallowa Lake bike path as well as a short walk to downtown Joseph (1/2 mile). Pets are welcome in the unit for a $25/night fee.

We had a great stay at the Old Farm. My friends and I were able to enjoy the tennis court and lawn games, and then relax in the hot tub under the beautiful country stars at the end of the day. We enjoyed a beautiful walk around the yard with wine in hand and loved the rows of grapevines on the property. The home was incredible, with more than enough space to cook and relax. The TV room was cozy and comfortable, easily seating all of us and the home offered several options for TV shows, movies, and music which made for an excellent movie night before bed! In the morning we were able to enjoy the absolutely beautiful front living area with a lovely fire and coffee before we had to return to reality. The home was beautiful, incredibly clean, and spacious enough for all of us. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice luxury home for your vacation in Oregon Wine Country!

We truly needed a little get away after all of the current situations and news - had a trip planned to SF, but - well - that required flying which we didn't want to do. So came up with a location that was a good trip from Seattle and our daughter from SF joined us. She is actually driving the rest of the way for a longer stay in Seattle, but this seemed like a super fun respite for Father's Day. And it was. The house is exactly as shown and probably even a little better. There was no issue with the fact that someone else lived on the property - they are in a barn away from all of the house and property of the house and we never even saw them, just their car. We had two little dogs and they loved the space. We enjoyed some lovely wine tasting and made great dinners. We would come back but probably with a little bit bigger group - there are five total amazing bedrooms! and we only needed two of them! Lovely spot, lovely weekend - highly recommend

Captain's Quarters @ Nye Beach





Each unit the Litch hotel is named after a mountain the Eagle Caps. Sacajawea is the tallest mountain in the Eagle Caps. Sacajawea is located in Enterprise, OR, in the heart of Wallowa County and only minutes away from Joseph, OR and Wallowa Lake.





(Please note that there is currently a construction project on the other side of the building. It is possible that you would hear noise Monday - Friday 7:00 - 5:00.) The Sacajawea unit, part of the Litch Hotel, is a large first floor luxury condo in the newly renovated Litch Building (est. 1909). Each unit the Litch hotel is named after a mountain the Eagle Caps. Sacajawea is the tallest mountain in the Eagle Caps. Sacajawea is located in Enterprise, OR, in the heart of Wallowa County and only minutes away from Joseph, OR and Wallowa Lake. It has 15 foot ceilings, original wood floors, original exposed stone walls and original trim throughout. It includes a main floor master bedroom with a king bed. It also includes a 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine with a king bed. Enjoy cooking in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen that includes custom, quartz countertops. The Master Bedroom also includes a custom made bunk bed featuring three additional single beds. We prefer to rent it out to one/two couples. However, we allow up to three additional guests for an extra charge ($50/night per extra guest up to three). In these circumstances fresh linens for the single beds will be provide at the foot of the beds.

Please note, when there are guests in the adjacent unit, some noise transfer between units will occur.

We visited from Ohio and were so happy to have this clean, cozy cottage for our long weekend in Willamette Valley. Separate bedrooms and a big bath! The informational binder and brochures were super helpful. I had stayed in Portland for work earlier in the week, so I was very pleased to have laundry facilities right in the house - I was able to pack light and wash clothes mid-trip! The Roku TV was super easy to use, and had all the channels and subscriptions we could have possibly needed - we were able to watch movies as well as the Ohio State football game on Sat night. Throw blankets and comfy couch were great. Thank you for everything!

The Estate sits on five private waterfront acres on gorgeous Alsea Bay, just outside the town of Waldport. It is like a private island, but the town of Waldport with all necessary services is only a five minute drive.


The property is gated and offers two wonderful homes; The Cannery and The Lodge; three private beaches, an 8-person spa, a firepit, a large pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and wood-burning fireplace, a gazebo with views of the water and Alsea Bay, a kayak/canoe launch, a creek, a pond, a She Shed for quiet relaxation, and lovely grounds.


Kayaks, Hydrobikes and a paddleboat are available for our guests. You can clam and crab on the property with our equipment, or walk down our beaches to see the pilings that are all that remains of the original cannery and ferry landing. Further down the beach, towards the ocean, you can visit a small waterfall, a fern gully, and the ruins of the original settlement of Waldport.


The property offers a pool table, a regulation size ping pong table, a library/den, multiple fireplaces, two chef's kitchens and an outdoor kitchen, two exterior dining areas, two bars (family room and game room), two sets of washers and dryers, games, two 150" hi-rez projector screens and a 65" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO, multiple Bluetooth speakers and Echo Dots for your musical enjoyment. There are multiple areas to gather or to relax, all with incredible water views.


This property was used by the Alsea people for thousands of years as a fishing village. In the 1800's, the first Waldport settlement was located here. It included a salmon cannery, general store and post office as well as the ferry landing. Some of the pilings and ruins of this settlement can still be seen on our property and along the shoreline to the ocean. The cannery and the general store burned down in 1915.


The main home, now known as The Cannery, was built by the cannery owner's daughter in 1926, and offers four bedrooms and three and 1/2 baths in about 4,000 square feet, plus a large basement game room.


The second home, The Lodge, served as the workshop for a well-known local copper artist and jewelry designer. Totally renovated into a contemporary loft home, it is 1,500 square feet and offers one bedroom, a sleeping loft and a pullout sofa to accommodate six.


Both homes underwent a painstaking 10-month renovation, and are now ready to begin a new chapter in the property's history as we welcome guests.


Better than the beach! Our sheltered location on Alsea Bay generally results in temperatures that are about 10 degrees warmer than the beach, with mild weather most of the year. Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, clamming, crabbing, fishing and wildlife watching are all right here.


The native people of this area named it Alsea, or "peace/paradise" in their language, due to the bounty of nature and the mild climate that meant abundance for all.


There is an amazing variety of wildlife at the property. A bonded pair of Bald Eagles nest here (they have hatched up to FOUR eaglets! We usually see them all together once each year when Mom and Dad teach them to hunt for shellfish on the sandbar in front of the house at low tide), and there are daily sightings of river otters, harbor seals, great blue herons, loons and many other sea birds, while on the grounds of the property you will see many chipmunks, rabbits, bluejays and squirrels.


This area is well known for its crabbing and clamming, which can be done from our property without a license by our guests, or if you want to clam or crab further afield, a shellfish license is available online at minimal cost.


Salmon and other fishing is abundant. An Oregon fishing license is required.


Bring your kayak or canoe, and if you have a boat the new Waldport boat launch is just across the bay. There are also kayaks, Hydro Bikes and a 5-person paddle boat available for our guest's use.

In the waterfront lounge, take in the incredible views of the Yaquina Bay Bridge, the Newport Harbor, Yaquina Bay and the ocean. At night, you can convert the lounge into your own movie theater with a 100" screen and Hi-Rez projector for movie nights or gaming on your system.


The scene is completely dynamic, with fishing boats, sea lions, fog horns, and the occasional bald eagle or pod of orcas.

Harbor seals are almost always found splashing about in the water right outside the house.

We were so happy with this spot! Our original Airbnb for our wedding canceled less than 24 hours before our wedding date and we found this one at 1 am and requested to book. We felt so comfortable booking and holding our small zoom wedding here. So so peaceful and quiet and private yet close to antique shopping and wineries. The space is beautiful, Sparkling clean, has great amenities, and is very dog friendly.

Southfield Cottage is a very special place. The property is nestled up on a high, private spot, with beautiful pastoral views through large picture windows, where we saw some truly stunning sunrises even in December. It's perfectly located between many of the great Willamette wineries around Carlton, Dundee, Yamhill. The architecture, layout, and amenities of the cottage are modern and extremely comfortable for one or two couples. The interiors touches have a subtle, almost European romanticism, but with a real feel and affection for the Willamette Valley. As Portlanders, we've stayed at a number of places in wine country and this is by far our favorite

Woah! That is what I thought right when I walked in. The ambiance was perfect, the decor was beautiful/thoughtful, and the house has everything you would ever need and more. Set on a beautiful landscape, this location was such a magical find. Would highly recommend experiencing it if you are in wine country. I know we will definitely be back!
