Great for family get-togethers. Beach and more beach nearly an acre of beach frontage on 3 Crabs Road. Fly your kites, play badminton, search for driftwood and shells or sit back and just take in the shorefront. This large 2300 sq ft triple wide has large rooms, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master bedroom with en suite bath, has large walk-in shower and features a jetted tub. On the beach side there is a wonderful HUGE deck (1500 sq ft) to sit and relax and watch the ships go by. Nice large gathering space. Bring your favorite DVD along or choose one from the owner's large DVD library for your evening entertainment. With a 55" TV and entertainment center you will have everything you need. The master bedroom has a queen bed, each of the 2 other bedrooms have queen beds, fourth bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a full hide-a-bed. Although there is a hot tub on the property, it does have a leak and the temperature gauge is not reliable. We have a hose next to the hot tub for filling after each use. If the hot tub stops working, the owners have no plans to replace it. Although we make every effort to fill and heat the hot tub for guest arrival, we cannot guarantee the availability of the hot tub for your stay. Current pricing does not guarantee the use of the hot tub. (PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WE DRAIN THE HOT TUB BETWEEN STAYS IN THE WINTER MONTHS AND WE NEED 48 HOURS NOTICE OF RESERVATION TO HAVE THE HOT TUB FILLED AND HEATED)
