*The space*
This newly furnished home has modern amenities, a gorgeous view, and proximity to all that Seattle has to offer.
The entry level of the features a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room with a table to accommodate your whole group, and a living room with picture windows offering a killer view. There is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in this living room.
Up a few stairs from there are two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a shared bathroom.
Downstairs from the main level is a 3rd bedroom with queen bed, another bathroom, and your laundry. There is also a second living room, also with a queen sleeper sofa.
The home also has a two car garage plus driveway parking. Outside, enjoy a BBQ in your secluded garden.
*Guest access*
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.
You will have access to the entire home, including garage parking for two cars and a driveway for more. There is also plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles.

Magnolia is a gem within Seattle's pantheon of amazing neighborhoods. It is marked by stunning views of the water and skyline, as well as proximity to parks, groceries, shops and all the attractions that Seattle has to offer!
*Legal*
Seattle Vacation Home LLC manages this home on behalf of the owner/license holder.
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. However, Seattle regulations state that no more than 8 *unrelated* guests are permitted per booking. Groups greater in size than 8 will need to affirm that there are no more than 8 unrelated individuals in the group.
To respect our neighbors, this home may use internal NoiseAware sensors. These devices do not record audio within the home, but will alert Seattle Vacation Home when the volume exceeds a level that threatens neighborhood tranquility. We may also use EXTERIOR security cameras to promote the safety of our guests, neighbors and team members.
