The space

This home has it all for a group desiring privacy, outdoor space, and a great location.  All furnishings and housewares are brand new as of Summer 2017. 

The living areas are spread over multiple levels to afford everyone lots of privacy. 

The home also has a full-size washer dryer, a one-car parking garage, and lots of storage space.

Guest access

Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.

You will have access to the entire home, including garage parking for one car (and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles). The garage is attached, and from the garage you enter the home below the "entry level" noted above.

Interaction with guests

Your hosts, Andy and Lynne, live a few blocks away. Unless we are out of town, we are here to welcome you and help you with any of your needs during your stay. We are happy to offer you advice for sightseeing, restaurant recommendations, and even some budget saving tips and coupons.

Guests will receive, in advance, our comprehensive visitors' guide to Seattle, packed with our personal recommendations for dining, activities, and much more.

Do you plan to cook during your stay? By special advanced arrangement (depending on availability), we will fulfill your grocery list and have your home stocked for your arrival.

The neighborhood

The home provides easy access to Downtown (Pikes Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Great Wheel), Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum), South Lake Union (MOHAI), University of Washington, and Capitol Hill. All are accessible by car, bus (numerous bus lines within a few blocks from home), or for the adventurous, by foot.

Getting around

We live a few short blocks from bus lines that will take you to Seattle's numerous neighborhoods (Madison Park, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union). Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont are more easily accessed by car. Our home offers garage parking for one car. Street parking for additional cars is plentiful and free.

Seattle Vacation Home LLC manages this home on behalf of the owner/license holder.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of __.  However, Seattle regulations state that no more than 8 *unrelated* guests are permitted per booking.  Groups greater in size than 8 will need to affirm that there are no more than 8 unrelated individuals in the group.
