Offering the best of all worlds with year round recreational opportunities, this beautiful golf course home boasts of easy access to such outdoor winter activities like cross country skiing on the course's groomed trails which connect to the Lake Wenatchee State Park's trail system, or lace up some skates and go ice skating on the frozen pond in the community.

Of course, you got to grab the golf bags and clubs and enjoy a round of 18 holes right out your back door during the warmer weather then come back to the house to grill up some steaks on the propane gas grill and sit around the fire table enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Don't feel like cooking? Take a short walk down the road to the clubhouse to visit the delicious "Wildflour" restaurant. You will sit down to an amazing dining experience featuring chef-driven northwest, northern Italian influenced cuisine in a relaxed, intimate environment, they even offer live music so be sure to check the calendar.

You can also hike or walk to the majestic Lake Wenatchee State Park on one of the convenient hiking trails from the community. The lake is crystal clear and offers relaxation on the beach, or the chance to kayak or paddle board (local rental company at the park) for a day of fun in the sun. There is a roped off area for the littles on the lake so bring their floaties, sand pails and shovels too.

When you're in the mood for fun and festivities, Leavenworth is only 25 miles away and the quaint town of Plain is about 10 minutes down the road. If winter sports are your idea of fun, Stevens Pass is a short 30-minute drive away for downhill skiing or snowboarding.

You'll likely spend much of your time on the sunny patio, which overlooks the well-maintained grassy course, taking a relaxing walk through the neighborhood, catching up on your reading, and enjoying the delicious meals you make on the gas grill. The spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen provide comfort and convenience, and relaxing by the fireplace is an ideal way to end your days. There is nothing short of memories to be made here.

Fees Vary by Season, Festival Dates and Holidays. Maximum occupancy of 8 people. Children age 3 and under are FREE.

Additional fees include a Housekeeping Fee, 5% booking fee which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages. Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicab

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot permit single night stays under any circumstance. We have a 2-night minimum stay for regular dates and a 3-night minimum stay over federal holidays. This home will require 4WD, AWD, or chains during winter months.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a privately owned vacation home and we recognize that the home may sleep more than 8 people. The owners (based on fire marshal regulations, Chelan County rental regulations and out of respect to the communities we live and work in) allow a maximum of 8 guests under the rental contract. There are never to be more than 8 guests staying at the property during any rental contracted period. If more than the contracted number of guests are found on the property, the contract will be null, and void and guests will be required to vacate with no refund. Please understand and note that we are legally bound to adhere to our contracts without owners and regulations. We respect and appreciate the efforts that allow us to offer vacation rentals for all to enjoy.
