Riverwood Lodge

The beautiful Riverwood Lodge is located just outside of Plain on a beautiful large lot and low bank Wenatchee River and boasts of private hot tub and fabulous WIFI for streaming or working remotely. The main home offers 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms for up to 8 guests (including children), along with a private hot tub and W/D.

Cozy fireplaces and lodge inspired furniture add that special charm and comfort for your getaway. Fully equipped kitchen offers everything to prepare a home cooked meal for the chef in the group. Game Room in the garage offers Air Hockey, Foosball, and Video Game System for a low key competition between family members.

Enjoy the expansive decks that overlooks the large yard and riverfront views, as you sip your morning coffee, watch the local deer meander and plan your day exploring many of the local hikes, fishing at Fish Lake or heading to the Village of Leavenworth to shop, dine or experience one of our annual festivals.

This home is situated very close to a full-time resident. This home is not meant for loud, rambunctious groups.

Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is not pet friendly Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.

Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.

It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates 4 cars max, no street parking allowed.

*The exterior of the property is under video surveillance (no audio recording). Noise levels are monitored with NoiseAware, a decibel reading system. Tampering with any of these devices is prohibited.
