Otter Chalet on Fish Lake

This Fish Lake cabin rental is nestled ON Fish Lake, a locally stocked fishing lake in the Lake Wenatchee area. This cabin offers accommodations for up to 8 guests and has a private dock to tie up your boat as you come in from a long day of fishing.

There is a community boat ramp that is accessible to put your privately owned boat in at. During winter months ice fishing is a local favorite on the lake, and of course, there is always cross country skiing. A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended at this cabin during winter months, the driveway down into the cabin is a little steep, so come prepared year round and enjoy what the "Otter Chalet" has to offer for your visit. Small boats with little draft can dock at your own private dock, but the water is shallow so small boats only

Otter Chalet can sleep 8 guests very comfortably. On the main floor, you will find one bedroom with queen bed, and the newly remodeled main floor bathroom with bathtub and shower. Upstairs the cabin offers 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a private deck overlooking the lake, while the other upstairs bedroom offers 2 twin beds, and also has a private deck. There is also a toilet/sink bath upstairs for your convenience. The basement level has a 4th bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks, (please bring sleeping bags for upper bunks) and another bathroom with shower and w/d. Just want to "hang out?" Well, the basement also offers Foosball and Air Hockey along with love seats, with a TV to do just that.

This home is pet friendly (max dogs on site is 2) Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.

Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, dog(s) $25 per pet per night if property allows, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.

It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all.
