Chipmunk Lodge
A cute and cozy little cabin, Chipmunk Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind or to use as a comfy home base for your outdoor adventures. Nestled in the foothills of the majestic Cascade Mountains, it is only 5 minutes to the shores of beautiful Lake Wenatchee and Kahler Glen Golf Course, a scenic 20 minutes to the quaint shops, boutique wineries and restaurants in Leavenworth and only 25 minutes to the slopes of Stevens Pass Ski Resort.
Chipmunk Lodge offers a spacious loft with a queen bed and a half bath. There is one bedroom on the main floor with double bed and a full bath across the hall. There is a futon couch in the living room to sleep on if you have a couple of little ones that you brought along to share your getaway. The cabin is located in a mountain community with private roads, so a crisp morning walk is likely to begin your day, but only after a cup of coffee on the covered porch surrounded by the invigorating smell of pine trees. Too chilly? Start a morning fire in the propane firepit while enjoying your peaceful surroundings. At the end of the day, relax and soak in your own private hot tub. It won't matter if you have spent the day shopping, wine tasting, hiking, biking, skiing, floating the river, swimming, river rafting, golfing or just taking it easy reading a book, the warm water will be a soothing end to your day of adventure.
Year round the Chipmunk Lodge boasts of opportunities to relax, renew and explore a myriad of local recreational activities and monthly festivals in the Leavenworth area. Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is not pet friendly. Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.
Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.
It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates 2 cars max, no street parking allowed.
