This is a tranquil location and a memorable place to gather and spend time with loved ones. A flat, expansive yard, lends itself to those who wish to breath in the fresh air and spend time with nothing but open skies and mountain views all around. For those who wish to relax and observe the moments of quiet, in front of a propane fire, we have that too, inside and out.
Spacious kitchen offers all the amenities of home including 5 burner Gas cook top with Griddle, and Double oven, microwave, coffee pot, espresso bar and plenty of cooking/dish-ware. Large island and tons of counter space in this family sized kitchen.
Main floor also features a master bedroom suite with soaking tub and separate shower for all the necessary privacy one needs. Heated bathroom floor is a special treat and adds to the spa like feel. Complete set of linens are provided. Main floor also boasts a washroom for guests and laundry area. Upstairs you will find two generous separate bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The two open concept lofts offer several twin beds and a double bed...not to mention a single 'covered wagon' bed for a little buckaroo. Another, large, 3/4 bath serves to accommodate those upstairs guests.
To compliment the outdoor living at this beautiful location, there is a large camp fire pit for those times of year that burning is allowed. (propane fire pit always available) Just steps away you will indulge yourself in the 'open air' hot tub any time of year star gazing.
If the weather chooses not to cooperate, ping pong and an air hockey table in garage for inside enjoyment. Year round access make the Alpine Acres Lodge the perfect retreat.

Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Pet Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is pet friendly (max dogs on site is 2) Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.
Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, dog(s) $25 per pet per night if property allows, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.
It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates 3 cars max.
