This two-story 4-bedroom home is close to it all no matter what the season. Summer brings river floats and rafting, wine/spirit tasting, hiking, and horseback riding while winter offers downhill skiing at Stevens Pass or Mission Ridge about an hour away or visit the historic Ski Hill for some winter tubing. Want to see some real-life reindeer? Take the littles to the famous Leavenworth Reindeer Farm just a few minutes away to feed Sven and Kristoff, and get a photo with Santa at Christmas time.

This family home offers two distinct living rooms: the central area has a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and comfortable, modern furnishings while the other is a cozy, kitchen-adjacent family room with a plush leather sofa, matching loveseat, recliner, and warming wood-burning fireplace. There is a formal dining area with comfortable seating for 6 and a kitchen eating area.

Full size kitchen offers all the essentials for preparing that favorite home cooked meal and includes a D/W. A casual kitchen table with six chairs is off the kitchen and there is a gas grill right out the back-slider door. This backyard borders full-time residents, and their peace is important to us. No outdoor music or excessive noise is appropriate here.

Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed and an attached bath with shower. Another bedroom has a queen, yet another has a full, and the kids' room has twin-over-full bunks that sleeps 2. With 4 bedrooms and two and-a-half baths (as well as a bonus shower in the laundry room where you will find a full-size W/D). The house sleeps 8 maximun INCLUDING children.

WIFI is provided to let you get online with ease, and there are also two flat screen cable TVs. The backyard hot tub provides relaxation year round, and during the warmer months, enjoy the seasonal swimming pool out back. No matter the time of the year, Leavenworth offers plenty of fun for visitors of all ages

Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is not pet friendly Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.

Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.

It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates. Properties may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
