"Peace of Pine" a little a log home built in 1968. It is a single story pan abode with two bedrooms and one full bathroom that will sleep 4 comfortably. There is a distinctive beauty and charm found in this quaint cabin situated in a peaceful mountain community.
This home away from home offers a cabin experience in its truest sense. Comfortable seating around the living space has room for everyone. You will not find cable TV but you do have FREE Wi-Fi and a SMART TV that offers the ability to stream Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, and a blue-ray/DVD player.
Rustic and charming, this cedar planked pan abode offers an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones the old fashioned way. Play a board game, chat over a cup of coffee or cocoa at the kitchen table or relax with a glass of wine beside the fire. A Peace of Pine means comfort.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with full sized stove, refrigerator, all cookware, a microwave and coffee pot. Be prepared however, as one thing you will not find in this vintage kitchen is an automatic dishwasher. Don't let this hinder you, some of the best memories can be made in a sink full of sudsy dishes. A cozy kitchen table comes with seating for 4 near the wood burning stove. Perfect for a game of cards or a traditional breakfast of bacon, eggs and a cup of hot coffee.
There are 2 private bedrooms each offering a queen bed. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All your bath linens are provided with washcloths, hand towels, bath towels and complimentary shampoo and soap.
Just outside the kitchen you will find an outdoor area complete with a covered hot tub for soaking away those cold winter nights. A gas BBQ is provided for your grilled burgers or corn on the cob and a propane fire pit for some s'mores. So whether or not you are looking for a snow covered getaway or prefer to be a warm weather patron, this adorable little cabin is the perfect place. Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Pet Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is pet friendly (max dogs on site is 2) Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.
Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, dog(s) $25 per pet per night if property allows, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.
It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates 2 cars.
