The cabin was overall great and met our needs. It was in a secluded area and was nice to be close to the lake. We were disappointed to not have a toaster in the kitchen, we looked forward to having toast with our breakfast, you might want to include that as part of the kitchen amenities. Also it was disturbing to find hair in the kitchen hand towels when we went to use them. We had to pull quite a bit of hair off all hand towels. Maybe re-look at how they are laundered and what they are laundered with. Property Manager comments: We're glad that you had a wonderful time in the Property. My family enjoyed the cabin and we had a great time. My son informed the instructions to work the TV were not correct, but we figured it out. The whole atmosphere in being in Panguitch Lake was outstanding.

I love that the team was super quick to respond. Even if a phone call was missed, the call back time was impeccable. I also love that they were completely understanding of none of us having any cell phone reception (the best part about the trip) and was willing to provide us with nearby activities and locations to check out over the land line while we were visiting.
