Each bedroom comes with it's own sink and toilet and bedrooms 4&5 share a shower as do bedrooms 2&3. The master has its own bathroom & shower.
Please note, Black Butte Ranch charges $9.00** per person per day for those 7 years old and up. These are fees for maintaining the pools, bike paths, and other recreational activities. When you arrive at Black Butte, please visit the welcome center to pay your fees and get your gate access code. ** Fee is subject to change…please check with the welcome center for the up to date fees. (As of 5/29/20 this is currently waived due to the closure of pool and activity centers). This can change day by day. Please inquire to be sure if this is being charged.
