Welcome to Ruby Peak, a luxurious condo located in the heart of Downtown Enterprise. This unique space is part of the extensive renovation of the historic Litch Hotel, and it's designed with Western and Rodeo enthusiasts in mind.

From the cowhide oven hood with bull horns to the rodeo chute entrance headboard and whiskey bottle bedside lamps, every aspect of the design is carefully thought out to evoke the spirit of the West. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops and new appliances, allowing you to cook any meal you desire. The bathroom is spacious and attractive, featuring a mural of local cattle brands dating back to the 1800s and a beautiful tiled stand-up shower. In the spacious bedroom in the rear of the unit, you'll find a comfortable memory foam king-size bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Please note that the Litch Hotel building is over 110 years old, and as with many historic buildings, sound travels more easily between units than in modern constructions. We ask all guests to be respectful and understanding of their neighbors and to minimize noise levels in the condo.

Please note that there is currently a construction project on the other side of the building, which may result in some noise between Monday and Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Also please note that this building is over 110 years old, so sound transfers more than modern buildings. If guests are in adjacent units, you will hear them and they will hear you. We ask all guests to be understanding both in terms of the noise they hear and the noise they make. As you can see from our reviews, almost all of our guests still have great experiences, and many guests return because the space is so unique.
