Which consists of clusters of low-rise buildings on just 10 of the 34 acres resort, making you feel like you're in a tropical garden with ocean views, a glorious oceanfront swimming pool with sun shelf and great views, plus several small pools and tennis courts. There is gated access to Keawakapu Beach, known as the best beach on Maui for swimming, running and playing in the sand. This is not a little cove, rather it is a stunning expanse of soft sand and gentle rolling waves. Its location is about 30 minutes from OGG airport. Access to Wailea Ekahi 27B is on the ground floor, with entry into an open plan area that includes the kitchen, dining and living areas, then out to the open lanai. There is tile flooring throughout, with carpet in both bedrooms. The galley style kitchen has plenty of granite countertops, with pass-through bar into the dining area, and has all the necessary items to prepare a full course meal, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with a table seating four, and has mirrored walls adding to the bright and airy indoor-outdoor feel. The adjacent living area is nicely furnished, including large HDTV for your viewing pleasure, sleeper sofa, all on an area rug. Moving upstairs we find the primary and guest bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The primary bedroom is nicely furnished with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, sliding glass doors out to the upper balcony with its ocean view, and a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing entertainment. The well-appointed bathroom has a walk-in shower with built-in corner seat. The guest bedroom is also nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, his and her bedside stands and lamps, ceiling fan, as well as its own bathroom with combination tub/shower.
