Our 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath villa was freshly renovated in November 2022 with new furnishings throughout. The living area features 18-foot ceilings and an 84" LG TV. Glass sliders in the dining area open to a lanai with a table and chairs with terrific views of the Kohala Mountains. Spectrum cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are included. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops and everything you will need to prepare your meals when staying in. Enjoy both Keurig and Drip coffeemakers and have your morning coffee on your private lanai! All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom suite has a King bed, includes a private lanai with chairs, separate shower and bathtub, plus dual sinks. Guest bedroom one has 2 twin beds, 45" LG flat screen TV and located next to a full bath. Guest bedroom two has a California King bed, 45" LG flat screen TV. Kona Coast Vacations uses their in-house commercial laundry equipment to clean and disinfect linens between guests. Also located upstairs is a washer and dryer. Waikoloa Colony Villas is a gated private community, it has two pools with a hot tub/spa, a modern weight room and fitness center (close by the villa), tennis court, and a pavilion with BBQ's. The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers a wide variety of shopping at the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace and popular restaurants like Roys, Lava Lava Beach Club, and Mai Grille by Chef Allan Hess. Golf at the Kings Nine and Kings Club is within walking distance of the condo. Beautiful Anaeho'omalu Beach (A Bay), is located within 1.1 mile walking distance or a short 4 minute drive. The bay is a great place for paddle boards and other water sports. Watch beautiful sunsets from the beach. During whale season (Nov to March) follow the rugged fisherman's trail from A Bay and you might spot a whale. Whale watching tours leave nearby during the seasonally from November to March. Approximately 12 miles or 18 minute drive away. The Kings Highway Foot Trail and Waikoloa Petroglyph Preserve trail passes by just behind the condo. The Waikoloa Petroglyph Field is one of the best-preserved petroglyph sites on the Big Island. Dolphin Quest-.5 mile, a 4-minute drive or short walk is located nearby at the Hilton Hotel. Watch the dolphins and their trainers work out in the early mornings. Hapuna Beach State Park is one of the best beaches on the island its located 8.8 miles north of the condo about a 16 minute drive. Minimum night stay varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights.
