Continue on the Mokulele Highway (Hwy 311) approximatley 6 miles until you reach a large intersection (North Kihei Road). Turn right onto North Kihei Rd. and continue to the next stop light. Turn left onto South Kihei Road and within 50 yards you will see Kihei Beach, a 6 story building, on your right. Park as close to the center of the building as you can since that is where the carts are located for your convenience.



Kihei Beach is a moderately sized six story beachfront property located in North Kihei. It offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for it's romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach offers central air conditioning, oceanfront pool area, gas barbeques, laundry facilities and free parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, private lanais, complimentary high-speed internet service and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali'i Resorts. 
From August 1st, 2022 to approximately October 7th, 2022 the elevator at Kihei Beach will be shut down for replacement. Upper floors (2nd-6th) will only be accessible by stairs for our guests, owners.
