Beach Villas OT-704

Aloha, this villa is scheduled to have exterior painting and maintenance that will affect your stay from February  24* , 2022* to April 21 , 2022.** * The lanai will be closed off during working hours (8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). The lanai will be accessible after working hours with limited lanai furniture supplied such as stacking chairs etc.

We understand the hesitance towards booking a property with limited access to the lanai, but remember the best views are seen from the beach…. after all, Mai Tais taste best on the beach!  Between the memorable adventures to be had on the Tropical Island of Oahu and the shopping, beaches, restaurants, and bars that Ko Olina has to offer we find you will not be missing the lanai during the day!  

The remainder of the Beach Villas resort will be open but may have walkway and amenities limitations during this resort wide painting project.

Welcome to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and OT-704 by Ola! From your private lanai you can look out over the tropically styled grounds, the lap pool and out the blue Pacific Ocean. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the paved Ko Olina Walkway that fronts four pristine lagoons with resting spots at each lagoon. When it's time to eat, you can walk to Roy's Ko Olina, Monkey Pod Kitchen or numerous other dining options in the Resort.  

This villa has two bedrooms with a King Bed in the Master Suite and two Twin Beds (that can be pushed together to make a King) in the second bedroom. In addition, there is a Queen Size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to fix your meal in the villa if you choose. Imaging having you morning beverage and breakfast on the lanai looking out at that fantastic ocean view!
