Aloha and welcome to The Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort, an upscale condominium complex only 20 minutes north of the airport. The Shores provides a resort experience with a short walk to one of the Big Island's best white sand beaches with a good surf break, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Perfectly located for the Lavaman Triathalon!
The Shores is a beautifully landscaped property with five Koi ponds, an elevator, numbered parking, well-maintained swimming pool, jetted spa, two tennis courts, and an air-conditioned exercise room with free weights, strengthening machines, two treadmills, two stationary bicycles, and an elliptical.
Unit #213 is on the SW corner of the second floor in Tamarind Tower overlooking the tranquil Koi ponds and the swimming pool. This beautifully decorated and comfortable condo has an open-floor plan with a galley kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens onto a 550 square foot covered lanai where you can enjoy relaxing meals and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. Condo is air-conditioned and has high-speed internet with three Smart TVs that can stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Just sign on with your own account.
Living Room: New sofa and love seat, glass coffee and end table, and console with 50" TV.
Dining Room: Formal dining area with nice wood table and matching chairs, seating for six. Two counter stools to watch what's cookin'!
Kitchen: Well-stocked kitchen with granite counters, built-in stainless-steel microwave and oven with stainless-steel cooktop. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stack washer and dryer. Small appliances include a blender, rice cooker, coffee grinder, and toaster.
Lanai: A covered 550 square foot lanai has sliding doors from the living area and the 2 nd bedroom. The lanai has a gas barbeque and an outdoor kitchen area. There is a dining table, two chaise lounges, and sitting area to enhance enjoying the best of Hawaiian outdoor living.
Bedroom 1: Cal King bed with new mattress and Hawaiian-style quilt. 43" Smart TV and bookshelf hutch. Luggage rack. Full bathroom with two sinks, granite counters, soaker tub, and shower. Hair dryer included but guests need to provide your own toiletries.
Bedroom 2: Extra Long Twin beds that can be converted to a King bed. Please note which bed arrangement you would like on your registration. New mattresses and Hawaiian-style quilts. 43" Smart TV. Luggage rack. Full bathroom with granite counters, soaker tub, and shower. Hair dryer included but guests need to provide their own toiletries.
The fun closet for guest use: 2 sand chairs, beach towels, assorted snorkeling, flippers, boogie board and beach gear, etc.
Waikoloa Beach Resort is nestled around the beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay, an area steeped in Hawaiian history with petroglyphs preserved on the King's trail that wanders through the area, ancient fish ponds with a walking trail to the beach, and many nearby historical spots on the coast including King Kamehameha's birthplace. In addition, many water-sports are available from this magnificent beach. The tranquil, warm water offers windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, etc. The King's and new Queen's Shops, within walking distance, offer world-class dining and shopping. A full-scale gourmet grocery store is available at the Queen's Shops. Swim with dolphins, whale watch (December to April), play golf, go to a traditional luau, all within a few steps of your front door. Enjoy golf at the Beach Course- only 50 yards away from your condo (designed by Trent Jones, Jr.) and at the Kings Course (designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish).
