The Sea Village resort community is impeccably maintained with lush tropical landscaping, sparkling oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, and large courtyard complete with four barbeque grills and picnic tables. In the evening, charming tiki torches light the way to the central garden and private oceanfront pool area.

Located on Alii Drive, the condo is located about a mile walk to downtown Kailua-Kona's restaurants, shops, and open-air markets. The property is only a five-minute drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park, one of the best snorkel beaches on the Big Island where Hawaiian sea turtles bask in the sun and its calm, clear waters make it easy to spot brightly colored fish and coral. This property offers easy access to endless Hawaiian adventures: beaches, hiking, sailing, golfing + more.  

There is a 4 night minimum stay / 10 night minimum during Christmas & Ironman. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.
