Kona Coast Vacations

This place is great. Xlnt location. Condo is in nice shape. Ceiling fans and a/c keep it cool. Bed is a little small but comfortable. Has 3 bbq&#39;s right on the beach. The condo complex is well maintained and is very quiet in the evening. Having assigned parking was a nice plus. Lack of wifi in the condo was a bit of a bummer but not a huge deal (they have wifi in the office on site) all in all a nice place to stay. Aloha. Date of Stay: 11/15/16 to 11/23/16

Kona isle #32 review

We had a beautiful vacation in your condo. The worst part was leaving to come back to the mainland. All the island adventures kept us so busy. We went snorkeling, swam at the pool, walked to the nearby marketplace, strolled the Kona-Kailua boardwalk area, did some fine dining, swam with the manta-rays, went on a whale watching tour, saw the volcano, and relaxed, relaxed, relaxed! It was so great to be able to prepare a bite and head to our next adventure. The view of the ocean from the lanai was beautiful and we could hear the ocean waves crashing. The weather was so beautiful we didn&#39;t need the A/C on at all. And the rain only happened when we slept - but it kept the island lush and beautiful. We plan to return ASAP. Thanks so much - it was better than we imagined. Date of Stay: 2/1/17 to 2/7/17

Hate to leave!

First time booking through Kona Coast Vacations and I have to say, it was perfectly smooth, no hitches at all. The Condo ( C32) at Kona Isle was exactly as described, the photos were accurate. It was sweet, clean, and perfectly located... not too far out of downtown Kona, but just far enough to be away to be nice and quiet. The beach was delightful, we sat many mornings under the palm trees watching the little yellow Tang fish in the surf. Having washer/dryer in the unit saved a lot of extra packing. Little marketplace just a 2 minute walk up the road ( the truck there had AMAZING crepes!). Would definitely stay here again! Date of Stay: 3/8/17 to 3/18/17

Delightful in every way!

Everything about the unit was as it shows in the pictures.We ate in most nights and enjoyed the barbecues and the picnic tables at sunset .The bed was very comfortable.We did not need the air conditioner.The ocean breezes worked their magic.The lanai was great in the morning for coffee and breakfast.The grounds are very well looked after and were spotless.I would recommend this unit to anyone.We are planning a return visit. Date of Stay: 2/11/17 to 3/4/17

Kona Isle C32

We needed assistance from the on-site property manager to enter the room on arrival as the door code didn't work. On-site manager was very helpful. Room was well equipped and pool towels were nice to have. Kitchen cabinet door next to microwave stays open and gets in the way. New shower head needed. Clothes washer faucet leaked at the stem. Bedroom fan is off balance and makes noise. Liked the BBQ area and adjacent seating with lounge chairs. Pool area excellent. Overall a good experience, would recommend this place to others.

2017 kona vacation

We stayed in C32 back in April and we were happy to rent the same unit again. It&#39;s clean, comfortable and a well supplied unit. Nicely decorated with a good supply of kitchen necessities. The living room TV could be bigger and the fold out sofa bed is beginning to show some age but we don&#39;t go to Kona to stay on the couch watching tv. Kona Isle is a wonderful complex in a great location. Date of Stay: 10/21/17 to 11/1/17

Second time we stayed in C32

This was our first stay at the Kona Isle C32 and we were impressed with the complex overall. All was in order.. It&#39;s clean, comfortable and a well supplied unit. Nicely decorated with a good supply of kitchen necessities. There was a nice sitting area immediately behind the rocky beach with barbeques and tables near the pool. This place would be great for a couple to base out of for exploring the big island. Unit C32 is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. You get a designated parking spot which is great. Date of Stay: 11/20/17 to 12/12/17

Room with a view

My girlfriend and I spent a week at the place with Kona Coast Vacations, and it was amazing. The space was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was so close to the water that we could hear the waves with the door open all through the day and night, which was so relaxing. The building is also very centrally located in Kona, just a few minutes to the downtown area, so exploring on foot or by bike was very simple and easy. We were very encouraged to explore all the time because of how easy it was to get to and from the place. Great time overall! Date of Stay: 12/14/17 to 12/22/17

Amazing!

First of all we want to say that we had a great time in Kona. The The apartment was clean when we arrived. The location is perfect. The manager does an excellent job. The condo had everything we needed. Towels, sheets, utensils, beach chairs, umbrella and toys were useful and greatly appreciated. However, few things have to be looked at. The kitchen cupboards and the bathroom need renovations. The screen door needs to be fixed or even replaced. We enjoyed our 6 weeks stay at Kona Isle #C32. Mahalo

Very nice condo, ideally located in Kona with direct access to the sea.
The condo was very well equipped, you receive all the necessary information before your departure, the place is quiet and welcoming, the concierge available, satisfied not our stay!

Nice place, good location in Kona

My wife and I traveled to Kona recently and had a wonderful time staying at the Kona Isle complex. Kona Coast vacations were very friendly over the phone, we found the directions from the airport, codes and the condition of the apartment to be very satisfactory. The apartment had all the amenities expected and more, which was a nice surprise. i would highly recommend Kona Coast to anyone traveling to Kona who wants to save some $$ and enjoy a high quality stay. Did I say it&#39;s super conveniently located on Ali&#39;i Dr, close to shops, boutiques, restaurants, etc? Close to the Magic Sands beach also, Kona Isle is an awesome place to spend your time in Kona. Aloha!

Kona Isle C35

The property and condo we&#39;re beautiful. My only complaint was that the bedroom was very hot since it was on the opposite side of the apartment from the window unit air conditioning.

We had a great experience. Gorgeous view, private beach area, felt like we had the place to ourselves. Designated parking spot was a bonus. I looked at alot of places and the ocean close and beach area was top priority. The condo had everything we needed. We didn&#39;t spend much time there so it was adequate. It&#39;s not fantasy but it&#39;s clean, nice and comfortable. Affordable is a plus. It is a little noisy in the bedroom as it gets some road noise, pretty sure that is consistent on Ali drive. $1.00 earplugs fixed the problem. Would highly recommend Kona Isle. Looking forward to our next trip.

Lots of great amenities. Beautiful property, designated parking spot.

It has some nice amenities, and a great space for hanging out. The bed was comfortable, the sofa sleeper not so much! The hosts were quick to respond to some details that needed attention. Not a bad space to chill, hear the ocean, cook your own meals, put your feet up, and sit on the balcony.

This condo is a walk to town and right next to the ocean.

This charming 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on the top floor over looking the tropical gardens with ocean views beyond.







Kona Isle is a beautiful oceanfront condominium unit has been designed with tropical tastes in mind with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities to make your vacation relaxing & carefree. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on the top floor (third) for the most desirable views where you can watch the parasailers, dolphins, kayaks, ships, and seasonal whales. The living area is equipped with a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, and a ductless wall AC unit. Ceiling fans located in the living area as well as in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped & the condo also has a washer/dryer. The comfortably furnished bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and has a flat screen TV.


The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex. Property owner does not allow bicycles inside the unit.


This is a No Pets, No Smoking Property. 5 night minimum stay required, 10 nights during Ironman/Holiday period. Tax 134-516-1216-01
