Kona Coast Vacations

A lot of useful stuff inside - kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Very clean. Nice location, free parking, good WiFi. Recommended!

Very Clean, Nice Location

Booking was so easy and the staff were very communicative prior to arriving on the island. The condo was very clean and well stocked! I used Kona Coast last year and had a great experience as well. Will always use Kona Coast for my trips to my new favorite island🤙🏽

My family really enjoyed staying here. The condo was stocked with 1 set of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach bags and towels, and binoculars. The condo complex has a great area down by the ocean for grilling and sitting. The kitchen is a good size, but lacks a selection of spices.

I loved this condo, from the location to all the amenities included in the condo. Really cute little pool, beautiful location just about a mile south of Kona town, not on a swimmable beach but a great spot to just watch the ocean. There were 2 comfortable beach chairs, a few beach pads, plenty of beach towels, coolers, and even some spices in the kitchen.

This unit had everything + more for our convenience. We really enjoyed the BBQ&#39;s by the ocean and meeting other guests and owners. Great value and very comfortable unit.

Very peaceful & convenient location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had all the items we needed and even some we didn&#39;t expect. Coolers, sunscreen, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards! We were far enough away from downtown Kona so the complex was very quiet. We met some neighbors who have owned their condo 42 years. The complex is very well kept. It was nice to have coffee by the ocean in the morning. A car is needed unless you love walking to get into Kona.

Excellent value

We greatly enjoyed this Home Away. The location was great for access both North and South of Kona. It was quiet, had all the amenities for beaching so you didn&rsquo;t need to bring your own. Loved barbecuing dinner down by the beach. Even if your room doesn&rsquo;t have a full view you get to watch the sunset while cooking or just enjoying the area on the water they maintain for guests. We would definitely return .

Perfect location! Great facility

Lots of beach towels and quality beach toys. Good supply of t.p. and paper towels. Nice furnishings. Too few trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap for 10 days. Replacing rusty sink and shower rod would make this a 5 star.

Living area includes tropical furnishings that includes a sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 4 guests. Condo is equipped with a Queen bed, washer/dryer, Free WIFI and a window AC unit located in the living area. Enjoy dining inside the condo or on your spacious lanai while listening to the surf.


The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex.
