Fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and a spacious lanai that allows for outside dining & a perfect spot to take in ocean. All 3 bedrooms have king sized beds and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the unit with access to the lanai, plenty of closet space and a walk in shower. Air-Conditioning is available only in the living room and master bedroom.

This Resort is on world famous Alii Drive, just 3 miles south of the quaint town of Kailua-Kona where you will find great restaurants and shopping. Banyans Beach, famous for its intermediate surfing, is on the south end of the complex. Kona Bali Kai has a freshwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, large lobby & grassy area near the waters edge for total enjoyment near the condo.
