With 2 Primary suites, one on the main level and one upstairs, it's the perfect vacation home for multi-generational families or multiple couples to share! The two additional guest rooms each have 2 Twin XL beds that can be made into King beds at your request/fee. The private pool is currently under construction, photos to follow. Professionally decorated with ocean blues and emerald greens, this house will surprise and delight even the most distinguished taste. The large "Chefs" kitchen includes an expansive granite island that seats 4-6 people, GE Monogram Appliances, including a Wine Fridge, an Induction Stovetop, built-in Oven & Microwave, a huge Pantry and built-in Refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. In the Great room, you will find two large sofas positioned to take advantage of watching the 65-inch TV and viewing outdoor activities, while providing plenty of lounging room for everyone. Experience the flavors of Hawaii at the indoor Dining Table, that easily seats 8 with room to spare. Wireless internet, 5 Flat screen TV's and washer/dryer are provided to ensure total comfort. In true Hawaiian style, let the outdoors with the two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors and discover the enormous covered lanai which is truly spectacular! Chase your worries away by relaxing on the 9 ft Restoration Hardware Sofa and 2 incredibly comfortable, RH swivel lounge chairs, all the while soaking in the views of swaying palm trees, the gorgeous sand trap on the 4th hole of the golf course and stunning Mountain views. BBQ nightly with the outdoor grill and open-air dining on the 8 ft RH Outdoor Table featuring comfortable, water resistant, outdoor dining chairs. You won't be disappointed! Both Primary suites are large with King beds, TV, desk and elegant bathrooms with gorgeous, stone walk-in showers, double sinks and granite counters with plenty of space. The upstairs Primary Suite also has a gorgeous porcelain tub with the best peek-a-boo ocean view in the house! Just off the bathroom is an enormous walk-in closet. The third bathroom, upstairs, has double sinks and Tub/Shower combo. Don't forget the hip, upstairs Loft for kids to play games, watch TV or just hang out! This location is perfect for any active traveler and allows for easy access to attractions such as Kealakekua Bay Marine Sanctuary, championship golf, hiking, diving and deep-sea fishing! Just 10-15 min. from the center of town, you can enjoy all of the restaurants, shopping and cultural sites. Stunning Magic Sands Beach is 3 miles away and a short 10-minute walk takes you to the Keauhou Bay, where you can snorkel, kayak or paddle board in the calm water. For golfing, Kona Country Club Golf Course is just a 3 min drive so you can hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf anytime! This home is conveniently located across from the Holua Tennis and Pickle ball center. (Limited use during Covid, please check website for details.) There are so many ways to immerse yourself in the Aloha spirit and play or relax to your hearts content! We hope you'll experience peace and blessing at our Nā Hoʻolaʻa home! Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home.
