A multi-leveled palm tree lined rock surrounded pool area, unique and relaxing sand bottom hot tub, a fully equipped open air fitness room and the only resort in Waikoloa with its own on-property restaurant and bar. All of this sits right on the cliffs edge of the ocean with sweeping views for miles. A true wow factor! You may never want to leave the resort. 

The condo has 2-bedrooms 2 full baths, is located on the ground floor and sits on hole #7 of the Waikoloa Beach Course.  The unit will sleep up to 4 comfortably. The condo includes:

-King bed in the main bedroom with a great ocean view

-King bed in the 2 nd bedroom that can convert to 2 Twin XL beds upon request/fee

-The kitchen is fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and all you need to either cook your own meals or enjoy take out on the lanai

-Washer and dryer in the unit

-Weber BBQ on your lanai

-Free wireless internet

- Roku enhanced flat screen TVs/DVD players in the main room and each bedroom. Use your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon, etc. accounts while in Paradise. 

Location, location, location!  Hali'i Kai is located on the world-famous Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course & is one of the premier oceanfront communities on the Big Island's famed Kohala Coast, the sunniest of all the Hawaiian Islands with 350+ days of shine a year.  The King's and Queen's Shops with restaurants, shopping, a market, and A naeho'omalua Bay (A Bay) are all within the resort area and only a couple minutes' drive or a 15-minute walk away.

Grab a workout with an ocean view at the state-of-the-art exercise hale then spend a lazy day at the dramatic lagoon-style pool with a beautiful waterfall and sandy bottom whirlpool spa. Kick back in the one-of-a-kind Aqua-Loungers beach chairs partially submerged in the water to keep you cool in the hot Hawaiian sun. For the little ones, a keiki wading pool offers a fun place to play.   There is a pavilion with full kitchen & outdoor grill that makes the Ocean Club a perfect venue for family fun and an ideal locale for watching whales (Dec-April), surf & sunsets!  Tennis and basketball court is also on premise.

There is a 4-night minimum/10 during Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo.
