Hali'i Kai unit 16C - Beautiful ocean view condo in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Hali'i Kai is one of only two oceanfront properties in Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.   

Hali'i Kai has the best amenities at the Ocean Club with its multi-tiered resort style pool with aqua loungers. Guests love the oceanside cafe and bar at poolside that continually pleases...serving Hawaiian and Asian-Pacific style cuisine and exotic tropical drinks.

This is a ground floor unit, easily accessible and just a few steps from the Ocean Club. Amenities include designer furnishings, stainless steel Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolfe stove and cook top, and granite countertops in the kitchen.  The living room and each bedroom have ceiling fans and flat screen HDTV's and DVD players. The covered lanai has a ceiling fan, wet bar refrigerator & private BBQ.

There is a 4-night minimum/10 during Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo.
