The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort is an excellent location to work remotely and stay connected while making time for relaxation and adventure. Work and play at a top floor condo with vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, a bonus loft space, and expansive fairway and Kohala mountain views from the shaded north-facing lanai. On-site amenities include a heated infinity pool, hot tub, and a well-equipped exercise room. Two championship golf courses are open to the public. The condo is located in the sunny Waikoloa Beach Resort area, away from the bustle of Kona but still an easy drive to the airport and beaches. 

The condo is fully equipped with the technology you'll need for a productive workation: high-speed wireless internet, phone, ergo mesh chair and a desk.  It's easy to designate a separate workspace or distance learning area in the second bedroom or loft if desired. Under new ownership in 2021 with fresh paint, new ceiling fans, and tech upgrades will make your stay more comfortable and productive.

Kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals are available right on the beach.  Return to a freshly brewed cup of Kona coffee while catching up on email and enjoy gazing out at the fairway and Kohala mountain view from the lanai. Head out to Hale I'a Da Fish House in nearby Kawaihae to pick up some caught-this-morning fresh Mahi Mahi or Ahi tuna to grill in the BBQ area. There is a 4-night minimum stay. This is a non-smoking and no pets property.  Please note that due to the extreme cost of electricity, this unit uses a smart thermostat that provides comfortable cooling between 74 and 85 degrees. T here is not a deeded parking space and guests will have to park in available open guest parking.
