Situated on the north end of the complex, this attractively decorated space offers all the comforts needed for your holiday in paradise. The spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, TV and plenty of storage for all your belongings. The bathroom houses a large bathtub, double sinks and a separate shower. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare intimate meals for evenings on the lanai or large family dinners shared in the covered communal cabana. The comfortable living room includes a sofa sleeper, TV/DVD and plenty of seating. Internet is offered as well as free long distance calls to the US Mainland and Canada. There is also washer and dryer located in the unit.

The property offers 2 pools situated amongst beautifully manicured grounds. The salt water pool is located next to the man made beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean while the fresh water pool is located behind the cabana, which houses bathrooms and showers. The tall swaying palm trees offer shade to those wishing to stay out of the sun. The spacious cabana also houses several BBQ's available for all guests and residents. The property also offers a laundromat at the south end of the complex.

Downtown Kailua, offering open air markets, shopping and dining, is a short walk east from the complex while Kahalu'u Beach, which offers snorkeling with tropical fish and turtles, is a short drive west down Alii Drive. The seawall is a great place to view the many wonders of Hawaii.
