This ocean front complex is a wonderful alternative to the fast-paced, expensive resorts. If you stay here, we know you will agree that it is the best place, best location, and best value! There are two pools, one salt water and one fresh water. There is a man made beach area for relaxing, and a common BBQ, eating area. This is a great place to watch the sunsets and talk story with other guests.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has new tile throughout. Great home base with a AC and a garden view. Bedroom has a King Bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Casa De Emdeko 121 is now under new ownership and the new owners have just updated the unit with new tile throughout and a large shower in the bathroom.

Maintenance Notice: The Association will be renovating tower walkways with work scheduled to begin on approximately June 2019. The construction period is expected to last for approximately 2½ months. Stacks x10-x11 and x12, x14 and x15 are scheduled. Various units throughout the complex will be undergoing plumbing work as well. Please inquire with KCV for details.
