***Welcome to Touched by the Sun!* ** Touched by the Sun is the sister home to our beautiful "Born to Sun" home in the Frangista Beach community. This beautiful 8 bedroom, 8 bath home sleeps up to 25 guests. The tranquil indoor atmosphere and outdoor entertainment spaces will make "Touched by the Sun" your dream beach vacation!
Upon entering the first floor of this luxury home, you will find the magnificent main living space. The living space is a work of art and the epitome of high-end, coastal elegance — with breathtaking vaulted ceilings and arches that lead to the gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. The living space also features plentiful comfortable, luxury furnishings including an L-shaped couch and plush armchairs. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances including a gas range and two dishwashers and a wet bar with a free-standing ice maker. The kitchen is beautifully designed and complete with custom cabinets and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining space with seating for 10 guests.
For sleeping arrangements on the first floor there is a bunk room which features 3 twin beds. There is a King Suite with a shared bath. For additional sleeping space, there is a media room with a queen-over-queen bunk nook. The media room is perfect for a cozy movie night or for teens to hang out. There is also a full bath on this floor.
Awaiting you on the second floor is a game room with a television; pool table; table with seating for two, perfect for a game of cards; and access to the second floor balcony. The balcony features seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall guests will find three King Suites, each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV.
Located on the third floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The first being a custom-built bunk room with two full-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk that sleeps a total of 6 guests and has its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are King Suites complete with private bathrooms. One of the King Suites has a bathtub and shower along with its own private balcony.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Touched by the Sun also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is also within walking distance to shopping and dining.
Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white chapel. Many brides are married on Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year!
**This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.* No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

*Per HOA, no tents or canopies allowed on private beach.*

*Weddings/Events – *All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.
**Frangista Beach Homes -* Only Homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $1,500 event fee.
*All other homes within Walton County must obtain the separate permit through Walton County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee.*

They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. *Pool Heat -* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
*Seasonal Beach Chair Service -* Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2022 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Summer Season runs from May 15th to August 13th 2022.
*Margarita Machines - *Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
