This modern yet cozy home features 2 living areas, 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and can sleep 16 guests. With over 3700 sq. Ft of living space, you will have plenty of room to relax and refresh without feeling crowded! Throughout the interior of "Take Me Away" you find that this home has found the perfect blend of modern, contemporary design with tropical touches. Gorgeous modern finishes are everywhere you look including the stunning dark toned hardwood flooring and stainless steel stair rails and accents on the cabinets and furniture.

The first floor provides a spacious and sleek open floor plan and seamlessly brings the kitchen, living and dining areas together. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, including oversized chairs and a plush leather couch. The living and dining areas are bathed in light during the day. The formal dining area has seating for 7 guests, and the well-appointed kitchen is perfect for a relaxing family dinner after a great beach day. There are 6 additional dining seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of counter space and a large sink. For sleeping arrangements on the first floor there is a King Suite that offers pool access. Also located on this level is a half bath.

Take the beautiful stairway up to the second floor and you'll enter the second great living area featuring a large flat screen TV and beautiful glass and crystal accents on the coffee table and end tables. The sleeping arrangements on this floor are plenty with 3 King Suites and a bunk room with a private bath and 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living area also features a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. Also on the second floor is the laundry room area.

Take one last stroll up the stairs and relax in style on the third floor in the sprawling and exquisite Master King Suite. The Master Suite encompasses the entire third floor with a massive ensuite bath featuring a soaker tub and walk-in shower set on perfectly polished black and while tiled flooring. We'd say this really is the "Stairway to Heaven."

Soak up the Florida sunshine or relax in the evenings in or around your private 20' x 15' pool or throw some dinner on your private grill. The neighborhood is quite friendly and perfect for quiet and relaxing family vacations. You will also have access to one of the community's two swimming pools. This home offers parking for up to 6 vehicles depending on size.

*Pool Heat -* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
