The brand new "Soak/ up the Sun"/ vacation home is the sister home to Good Day Sunshine with upgraded features like a roof top terrace that provides spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This house is one of the few beach houses near the gulf (100 yards) with a four story elevator to take you to the roof top terrace. From the 50' roof top elevation you can see water views for miles in multiple directions. Lounges and seating and a wet bar area are on the roof top which is over 400 square feet of space. Few houses in Destin have such spectacular views.
Located directly next door and to the south of Good Day Sunshine these homes are no more than a three minute walk to the beach walkover with no streets to cross. Both are extremely safe for children to walk to the beach without noise or traffic. This is an area of the beach with a low density of beach users and mostly servicing the homes on Sandtrap Rd. It is walking distance on the beach to Sandestin and Surf Hut if you want to venture and take a beach stroll for a beverage or a burger.
Upon entering the home you can conveniently go into the kitchen and drop groceries on the kitchen island or in the separate pantry. Also right inside the front door is the elevator to take luggage to the sleeping quarters on the second and third floor. The kitchen is equipped with state of the art Kitchen Aide appliances and there are two of everything. Two ovens including a gas stove, two refrigerators, two coffee pots, and two dishwashers. The modern cabinets provide an abundance of storage. The island with quartz countertops is centrally located in the middle of the kitchen providing interaction with the dining room and living room. There is seating for 10 people at the kitchen island for breakfast and lunch meals. The dining room is appointed with two full size dining room tables that each can comfortably seat 8 each. There is another seating area in the summer kitchen outdoors with seating for 6 pool side.
The large open first floor has 12' ceilings and the main room is 34' wide. Both the living room and dining room complete this floor with a half bath. The luxury leather sofas and chairs provide seating for 8 in front of the 60" tv. This main living area opens through sliding glass doors to the summer kitchen, pool bath, and oversized outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool measures 30' by 18' with an elevated hot tub operated with its own separate heating system for year around use.
Bedrooms are smartly designed with 9 king suites through out the second and third floors with beautifully appointed private baths. Floor to ceiling tile showers with chrome fixtures and rimless glass doors are in each bath. There are two bathtubs in the house. The sleeping quarters for the younger crowd includes three separate built in bunk rooms. Custom made with shiplap paneling these beds are solidly made for teenagers. These three rooms can accommodate 16 people in the combination of queen over queen platform beds and twin over twin beds.
There are 5 king bedroom suites on the second floor. There are two bunk rooms on the second floor. One bunk room has twin over two twin bedding ( sleeps 4)and the other has two queen over queen beds( sleeps 8). The bathroom on the hallway is for these rooms and the game room. There is a set of washer and dryers also on the second floor.
The third floor has 4 king bedroom suites. All bathrooms are equally appointed. The bunk room on this floor is the largest with queen over queen (sleeps 8 )and an adjoining bath room also adjacent to the game/ media room. There is a second washer and dryer on the third floor.
Parking is no problem with three carport spaces and four spaces in front on the pavers.

**Weddings/Events*– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. * Please note the beach access point will only allow wedding ceremonies of 30 people and under. There are no limitations for house receptions.*
**This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer. No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

*This property features 1 high chair with tray, two baby gates and a pack and play for children.
*Pool Heat - *From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $150/day or $1,050/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool.
*Seasonal Beach Chair Service -* Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our peak Summer 2022 months. This includes 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.
*Bicycles* - 4 Adult Bicycles are provided between March 1 and October 31st Annually! Take a ride down Scenic Highway 98 and Enjoy the Sunshine.
*Margarita Machines -* Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
