"Sleek Retreat" is 4,200 sq.ft of absolute luxury with an ultra-contemporary design that is very befitting of the home's name. This exquisite two-story home, set in the luxury beach community of Avalon, guarantees visitors the privacy they are looking for. Sleek Retreat provides sleeping accommodations for 20 guests, has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
At Sleek Retreat you are immediately greeted by palm trees and the tranquil courtyard surrounded by a privacy wall with its own private pool, outdoor conversation set/dining table, as well as a gas grill. Open the sliding glass door off the pool deck and take in the gentle breeze in comfort with a wet bar/kitchenette, HD flat-screen TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, and full bath while others work on their tans.
Upon entering the home, you will find a den to your left which makes for a wonderful place for young adults to hang out. Directly across the hallway from the den is a King Suite with a private bathroom. Additionally, you will find 2 more king suites on this floor and bunk room with a queen over queen and twin over twin bunk room. We have been told this home calls for the best sleep of your life! For your ease there is also a laundry room and full bath located on this floor.
You think the first floor was impressive? Follow the contemporary staircase to the second level and you will find breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. To make the spacious open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen area even more special there are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which open up to the balcony. From the living area you can overlook the courtyard and private pool by day and enjoy your favorite movie, game, or show on the massive HD flat-screen TV by night.
The gourmet kitchen located on the second floor is ideal for gatherings and entertaining. This kitchen boasts top of the line stainless steel appliances, Cambria countertops, and an HD flat-screen TV to watch your favorite cooking show. With seating for 15 between the dining table and breakfast bar, this room is perfect for dinners, events and get-togethers. On the Gulf side of the second floor you find the breath-taking Master King Suite. The Master King Suite features a private balcony which overlooks the pool and provides views of the Gulf of Mexico. The amazing and spacious master bath is the epitome of a sleek, modern coastal oasis. This bathroom features two separate vanities with counter space, a large tub, separate walk-in shower and high ceilings. This master bath is perfect for getting ready for a night out or rejuvenating after a day of fun. Also on this floor is a nautical sailing-themed bunk room with full-over-full bunk beds that is perfect for young children! The bunk room has an full bath and a custom-built closet. Privately located on the north-end of this floor is an additional King Suite as well as a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower.
**This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.* No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

They also make shuttling services hassle free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you won't have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free!
*Pool Heat-* Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $50/Day or $350/week. Pool heating is only offered October 1st through May 1st.
*Margarita Machines - *Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
