***Welcome to Rising Tide!* ** With a new owner as of late 2021, the superb attention to detail (inside and out) from the minute you drive into the circular driveway and walk through the gorgeous mahogany door will blow you away. The Gulf Pines neighborhood is tucked away from the crowds and noise of many neighborhoods. The beach access is private and uncrowded. It is the way many of us remember the beach 25 to 40 years ago. Gulf Pines has that feeling with unspoiled and uncrowded beaches.
The kitchen has everything you need to entertain for your group of 20 with modern high-end appliances, two prep sinks, two dishwashers and two ovens. The oversized island has seating for five and the dining area/table has seating for ten. The homeowners love to cook and have equipped the kitchen with everything you will need. When you are not at the beach, you will most likely be in the back yard around or in the oversized 18 x 35-foot pool featuring a built in overflow spa and swim-up tanning ledge. There's seating for 8 to cook up a meal in the summer kitchen with a commercial ice maker (produces up to 200 lbs. of ice per day), grill and wet bar. Abundant sunlight steams down all afternoon with the southwest exposure. Chaise lounges are lined up around the deck for sunbathing. You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful and private back yard in Miramar Beach, FL! The large lot in the rear is over 100 feet deep and landscaped with plants for privacy.
The first floor has a private king suite with a sliding glass door to a patio. The bathroom has a tub and shower. This room faces into the back yard and pool area.
There are two entertainment areas in the main floor area, as well as a large media room on the second floor. Just off the media room is a large patio that overlooks the pool where you will also find an outdoor seating area and large television.
The house has most of the sleeping quarters on the second floor with three similar king suites with private baths and showers. The two bedrooms on the rear have private decks overlooking the pool and one has a deep-soaking garden tub.
The bunk room sleeps 8 on two built-in queen-over-queen bunk beds that can easily handle teenagers. Each bunk is equipped with a separate light and charging station for all their electronic equipment. They can hang out in the entertainment room next to the bunk room that opens on the deck overlooking the pool. There is also a large laundry room for the thankless job of keeping everyone sharp for beach photos.
Finally, the third floor has two more king suites, both with private bathrooms. The western room has a great view from the deck of the pool. You don't need to miss the mad dash at sunset when the gang heads up the spiral staircase for cocktails on your deck for stunning sunset and gulf views from 50 feet in the air.
This stunning coastal masterpiece is one of Gulf Pines newest luxury residences with memories that will last a lifetime for your family vacation. If you want privacy on the beach with no crowds just ride your golf cart down to the private gated beach access. There is a picnic area with a pavilion at this Gulf Pines access point. Feel like getting a sandwich, burger or cold beer? Take a 5 minute walk over to Barefoot's or Beach House restaurants in the Sandestin Resort Area. Gulf Pines neighborhood has the best of both beach scenes, private or a short distance away there is plenty to do. This home will have a golf cart provided for your use to get back and forth to the beach. There is plenty of golf cart parking at the beach access!

*Pool Heat -* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week.(Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.) * Please note when using the spa, it will pull the heat from the pool.*
*Margarita Machines -* Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
