Iorana II

Completed in 2016, Iorana II is the sister home to Iorana — meaning "Greetings" in Polynesian — and is located in the private gated community of Emerald Waters just a short stroll to the beach! This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home sleeps 21 guests and is perfect for large families to enjoy time together.

The first floor opens up to an spacious living space featuring 10 ft. ceilings, a large and comfortable couch, and two recliners. The kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of cabinetry storage. For dining there is a formal dining area with seating for 8, a breakfast table with seating for 4, and a breakfast bar with seating for 5. For sleeping arrangements on this floor, there is a King Suite with a shared bath.

On the second floor is a media room with a flat-screen TV, foosball table, a twin-over-twin bunk area, and a shared bath. There are 3 King Suites on this floor, each with their own private bathroom. Two of the King Suites come with balcony access. Also on this floor is a bunk room with twin-over twin and full-over-full custom built bunk beds. A laundry room is also located on the second floor.

On the third floor is the luxurious Master King Suite with private lounge area and a spacious private bath with a custom built walk-in closet.

This home includes a large 9'x17' private pool where the pool area offers a sunny, relaxing oasis. Conveniently, the pool area features a half bath and outdoor shower. It truly is hard to find a more desirable retreat! Emerald Waters Village is approximately a 5-minute walk to the beach and guests have access to the communities private pool right next door to this home!

*This home only rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home due to the rules and regulations of the HOA.

Tents/Canopies –are not permitted on the beach, per the HOA regulations.

*Pool Heat—* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
