"Happy Go Lucky" is a spectacular, family-friendly coastal home that will serve as the idyllic beach retreat! This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 19 guests.
Upon entering you will be greeted by a bright and open living and dining area. The living space features a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings. The dining area will be able to accommodate up to 14 of your family members and friends. Adjacent to this area is a beautiful gourmet kitchen with all of the necessities you would find at home. You have direct access to a spacious back patio and 12x30 ft. pool, LED lighted bubblers, and an oversized "wet deck". This shallow entry area is less than one foot deep and perfect to lounge or let the little ones splash and play. The pool deck also has direct access to a restroom, added for ease while playing out back. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for gatherings and barbecues. This will be a great place to relax in the evenings after enjoying a day on our famous snow white beaches. Completing this level is a Queen Suite with a private bathroom.
On the second floor are two King Suites with private baths, one of which includes a connected bonus room. This room has a twin over twin bunkbed. All of the bedrooms include flat screen TV's and top of the line bedding. Get the most out of your sleep after a long day in the Florida sun!
The third floor is all about kids (not excluding your inner-child)! The media room includes a 50" TV, DVD, and XBOX with games. This room also includes a queen bed and twin daybed, easily turning it into your fifth bedroom. Please note that this room does not have a door. The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own private TV and lighting.
The Frangista Beach neighborhood mostly consists of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Happy Go Lucky also have access to the large community pool, which is directly across the street, complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is within walking distance of beach access, shopping and dining.
Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece relocated here and built a small motel, and subsequently a little white chapel. Many couples are married in Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.
**This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**

** Weddings/Events –*All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.*
*Frangista Beach Homes: ONLY Homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $1,500.00 event fee.*
*All other homes within Walton County must obtain the separate permit through Walton County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee.*

*Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals -* We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guest ONLY and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you're familiar with this area you know from past vacations they're popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle free for weddings or events. *Pool Heat -* From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
*Margarita Machines -* Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. *Seasonal Beach Chair Service - *Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Free beach chair service included from March 1st - October 31st 2022.
