This magnificent home is located in the coastal community of Frangista Beach. "Best Kept Sea-Cret" features 9 stunning bedrooms and perfectly blends both an modern and an coastal aesthetic. The first thing that you will notice upon arrival is the spectacular courtyard with a private pool, BBQ grill and plenty of chaise lounge seating for sunbathing.

Stepping through the French doors, you be greeted by an bright and beachy living and dining space. On the first floor is a Queen Suite, two bunk rooms, and a game room. The first bunk room has two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, this room sleeps 8. The second bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed and sleeps 4. The elegant and cozy first floor Queen Suite includes a master bath. For indoor entertainment, the game room features a pool table, bar table, and flat-screen TV. For your ease, there is also a laundry room with a full-size refrigerator on this floor.

On the second floor you will find a wide and spacious living area. This space flows into the dining and kitchen areas — giving optimal space for easy conversation. There are stylish, comfortable leather couches and a large TV in the living area, perfect for movie nights! Up to 12 guests can sit around the formal dining table, waiting to embark on a culinary adventure prepared in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with all stainless appliances and necessary cookware to inspire your inner chef. There is an adjoining breakfast bar offering 4 additional seats. Finishing this floor is a King Suite with a private bath, as well as a King suite with an attached shared bath.

The third level consists of three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. You will find 2 King Suites, each featuring their own private bathrooms. Also located on this floor is the Master King Suite with an large and luxurious bathroom featuring dual vanities, a spa tub, and separate shower.  This room also features French doors to the large balcony which overlooks the pool area and beautiful Frangista Beach community. Lastly, travel the spiral staircase to the fourth floor will you find sleeping quarters with two twin beds and a flat screen TV — idyllic for the kiddos!

*Parking for up to 4 vehicles. No street/grass parking per HOA*

**This home requires Saturday to Saturday rentals during our Summer Season.* * * No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.**

*Per HOA, No tents, canopies or shades allowed on the beach. Only chairs and umbrellas.

**Weddings/Events –* All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.*

*Frangista Beach Homes: ONLY Homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $1,500.00 event fee.

*All other homes within Walton County must obtain the separate permit through Walton County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee.*

*Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals -* We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guest ONLY and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. By reserving a cart rental through us you won't have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! *Private pool -* can be heated from October 1st - May 1st. Please note there is an additional fee to heat the pool. $50/Day, $350/Week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

*Margarita Machines -* Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. *Seasonal Beach Chair Service -* Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from May 15th to August 14th 2022. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.
