Required Fees: There are fee's associated with staying within the W Residence that must be paid directly to the hotel/condo at check in.
Parking: Parking- Parking fee of $42+ tax per vehicle per day is required when parking at the W Residence. This is a valet service. Uber and other public transportation is offered throughout the city.
Resort Fee: $37 per day. This fee is to be paid directly to the W Residence upon guest check in. The Fee is non-negotiable and regulated by the hotel. However, this fee does provide the following services throughout your stay:
* Beach Chair Service ( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella) * Beach Towels * 2 Water bottles at the beach * 2 Bike Rentals for 2 Hours * Please contact the concierge services to get exact locations of amenities.*
