"The Splash" is beautiful, three-story coastal home with over 7,000 sq. ft. of indoor space. This home offers sleeping arrangements for 32 guests, has 8 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. Enjoy sweeping gulf views and an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of covered, outdoor living space.
Upon entry of the first floor, you will find an bright and cheerful entry foyer with intricate, fun décor. This lovely home features an eclectic, tropical design throughout that will bring a smile your face from room to room. For sleeping arrangements on the first floor there are 2 King Suites, each with bunk nooks. One King Suite features queen-over-queen bunks while the other has twin-over-twin. There is a spacious game room on this floor with a refrigerator, television, table with seating (perfect for board games or a game of cards), pool table, and foosball table.
On the second floor is the main living area. The living space features plentiful seating with two leather couches and two cushioned wicker chairs. In the formal dining area there are two dining tables, each with seating for 8 guests. The pristine gourmet kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals for family gatherings or cocktail parties. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 8 as well as a breakfast nook with bench seating. For sleeping arrangements on this floor there are two bright and welcoming King Suites, each with their own unique coastal look.
On the third floor is where you will find the rest of your sleeping arrangements. On this floor is a King Suite, East Master King Suite, West Master King Suite, and a bunk room. The breathtaking East Master King Suite features a gorgeous four-poster bed; a peaceful bunk nook with 2 twin beds; and a private master bath featuring double vanities and a deep soaker tub. The bunk room is perfect for teens and young adults with 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a private bath. Find your personal tropical oasis in the West Master King Suite which features an large master bath with double vanities.
Relax in luxury with in the amazing outdoor lagoon style pool. Comprised of over 80,000 gallons of water, this pool alone cost $400,000 to construct. The outdoor area also offers a built-in bar which walks down into the pool area. Guests can swim up to the bar and hang loose on the underwater bar stools, or relax in the 12-person hot tub. There is also a large lanai area with plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV and fireplace. Grill up an amazing dinner on the large gas grill located just beside the lanai area on the back deck.

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $250/day or $1299/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. * Please note, the pool heat stays at a maximum of 82 degrees, and the spa turns on from 6pm to midnight, at 100 degrees.
