A quick walk from the sugar white sandy shore, the luxurious "Life's a Beach" vacation rental home features a large backyard with two private pools, allowing guests to experience coastal living to the max. 

Just through the front door, guests are greeted by a large open floor plan with rich tile flooring, which is perfect for  sandy beach living. The family room features a long wrap around sofa with deep seating and a large flat screen TV for movie or game nights. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. At dinner time, guests can enjoy the dining room located just beside the kitchen, with a formal dining table with bench seating as well as seating located along the Breakfast Bar. The main floor also includes a half bath and one of the master bedroom suites with its own luxurious private bath.

Step just outside the back doors to the inviting plunge pool centered on the sun deck with two dining tables and an abundance of chaise lounge chairs. This pool can be heated for an additional fee. The covered porch is ideal for guests who prefer to take a break from the Florida sunshine. Across the deck, another LARGE private pool (cannot be heated) overlooks the lush yard, which is perfect for children to play and plenty of room for fun lawn games.

Upstairs on the second floor there are four bedrooms, a full bathroom in the hallway and full shared bathroom between the bedrooms, which is ideal for parents and their children. A balcony overlooks the pool and a separate den with flat screen TV serves a media room.

On the third floor is the main master suite is fit for royalty with vaulted ceilings, a large king size bed, and a separate seating area with a flat screen TV. The large master bath features dual vanities with granite counter tops, a garden tub, separate shower and attached bunkroom. The master opens to a private balcony overlooking the backyard. Also on the third floor, another suite with a king size bed is connected through a bathroom to a bunk room featuring one single bunk and a double bunk, which is can sleep up seven.

** This home requires a Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and a Sunday to Sunday rentals during our Summer Season.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

**Beach Access– *The beach access for this property is less than one block away.

** For Beach service: ** La Dolce Vita offers guests walkup beach service order at the Hutchinson beach access or an advanced order at the Crab Trap Restaurant. Must contact directly.*

**Weddings/Events–* All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.*

**All Events–* held at this home must obtain the separate permit through Walton county in addition to the $1,500.00 Beach Reunion event fee.*

**Parking–* is limited at this property- approximately 5 vehicles. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the driveway or on the street. Please call us to arrange off-site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

*Private Elevator- *This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

*Pool Heat - *From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. * This home features two swimming pools. Only the smaller plunge pool may be heated, the large pool cannot be heated.* 

*Margarita Machines -* Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
